Not only is Gwyneth Paltrow opening her Montecito guest house on AirBnB, but she’s also opened up her refrigerator.
The actress, 50, is taking a personal break from social media, but shared the ice box tour on Goop’s Instagram page on Friday.
The influencer was dressed in white shorts with a white sleeveless sweater. Her long blonde hair was styled in loose waves and she wore natural-looking makeup.
Gwyneth explained in a video that she had been getting a lot of questions from her fans about what’s in her fridge.
Some of the items in it include her own Equi Tea and Cameron Diaz’s wine. And she also had some of her GOOP skin products in the fridge.
Trend: Gwyneth Paltrow, 50, followed one of the latest trends and gave her Goop fans a tour of her fridge on social media on Friday
“I’m not going to lie,” the Oscar winner said, opening the immaculate device, “I cleaned it before I invited you in, but this is really the kind of stuff I keep in my fridge.”
She started describing the different dairy products.
“Heavy cream, there’s half-and-half, there’s regular milk plus almond milk.” Span the spectrum of milk here in the old Faltrow-Martin house.”
There were several containers of organic half-and-half Horizon next to small bowls of berries.
Gwyneth shares the fridge and her house with her husband, Brad Falchuk, 52, and her children, Apple Martin, 19, and Moses Martin, 17, from her marriage to Chris Martin, 46.
“I have some of my favorite drinks here,” the Politician actress said, pointing to the top shelf stocked with a variety of bottles and cans.
She had Kombucha from Yerba Mate Tea, as well as LaCroix sparkling water in two flavors, Italian Pellegrino water, Fever Tree tonic water, cans of Cameron’s Avaline wine, Japanese beer from Sapporo and Kirin, and other organic soft drinks.
And Stonyfield yogurt was featured on a lower shelf.
“You can see I have my little tinctures. My son loves coconut water,” she said.
“This is my favorite brand of iced tea,” she said referring to cans of Equi Tea.
Gwyneth founded the company in 2020 with Baltimore-based entrepreneur Quentin Vennie.

The camera then shifted to a lower shelf of “coconut yogurt, which I love.”

And she had some of her own GOOP products in the door: GOOPGENES Lift + Depuff Eye Masks.
In a tutorial last year, the lifestyle guru explained that when she was dating Brad, she would make him breakfast every Saturday morning and continued the tradition after they got married in September 2018.
The Avengers: Endgame star then turned her attention to the top shelf of the door.
“Here’s a great trick is to keep your eye masks in the fridge. It feels great and cool and helps de-puff.”
She also keeps her “incredible peptide serum natural” next to the eye mask, explaining, “I put it on in the morning and at night before I go to bed.”
Beauty Hacks: Gwyneth keeps some of her cosmetics in the refrigerator door, including GOOPGENES Lift + Depuff Eye Masks. “This is a new thing I’ve started doing is putting moisturizer in the fridge. Feels great,” she told the camera
Guasha: The Shakespeare in Love star also keeps her guasha, a beauty tool usually made of jade or quartz, with her other refrigerated cosmetics. “It feels so good,” she said

“That feels so good,” said the busy multi-hyphen, demonstrating how she uses it on her neck.
Returning to the fully stocked shelves, Gwyneth pointed out “my favorite cans of Avaline wine.”
The vegan wine was co-founded by actress Cameron Diaz and her friend Katherine Power.
As she wrapped up the “fridge tour,” the Iron Man star asked her fans if they felt they had gotten to know her “better”?
Goop pointed out in the post that links were provided to one of the skincare products Gwyneth shared in the video.
