Gwyneth Paltrow, 51, says daughter Apple, 19, is already a VEGAN: ‘She doesn’t want to touch anything that’s cruel to animals’

Gwyneth Paltrow has shared that her 19-year-old daughter Apple Martin is vegan.

The child, whose father is Coldplay rocker Chris Martin, does not consume animal products, the 51-year-old Oscar-winning actress said E! News.

‘My daughter is so into clean, non-toxic beauty, vegan. She doesn’t want to touch anything that’s cruel to animals,” Brad Pitt’s ex said.

“So she has very strong values. It’s so nice that it fits in with the products we already make.’

The teenager, who is studying in Nashville, inherited her mother’s passion for wellness.

“The apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree in this case,” the Shakespeare in Love star noted.

She is also proud of Apple.

“Apple is a grown woman now, so we treat each other like that,” the actress said.

‘Of course I am always her mother, and she also comes to me for those things. But it is very interesting to see how she steps into herself as an adult woman.’

And Apple helps with GOOP.

“She influences everything I do,” Gwyneth said.

‘I arrange everything through her. I really value her opinion, and she’s also such a product person, especially when it comes to makeup, much more so than I am.

‘I’m very minimal. So now that we’re getting more into color, she’s the person I rely on the most.”

Moses is also aware of it.

“He really cares,” she added. ‘It is awesome. He knows everything about ingredients. Like if I ever give him something, he looks at the ingredients panel and says, “Oh wow, this has niacinamide in it.”

“I’m like, ‘Wow, how do you know all this stuff?’ He is very learned in the field of skin care.’

She also spoke about the future of her children.

“Whatever they want to do in life, I want to support it,” she noted.

‘I think there are challenges in every career, especially if you are an artist. “But if they choose that path, I will of course support them.”

Last year, Gwyneth told People that she enjoys working with Apple and is grateful to have the student in her life.

“I mean, she’s just so fun to hang out with,” the cover girl shared.

“It’s so great to have a daughter because you have an amazing best friend and we like to do the same things, and she’s so funny and so smart.” It is awesome.’

And she also looks up to her mini-me, who has already worked as a sales assistant in a store in Los Angeles.

“I’m kind of in awe of this woman that she has become and all of her points of view that are really differentiated. She is very strong and it is great,” says the wife of TV producer Brad Falchuk (52).

“My children are similar in that they are both incredibly sensitive and empathetic. In this way they can really feel people’s things very penetratingly,” says the Emma actress.

“They’re both tall and they both have a very interesting way of seeing the world, and they’re different in the way they are.

‘My daughter is very outgoing. My son is introverted. They like to do very different things, but I don’t know, then they both like snowboarding and they both like music and they love their friends.’

But Apple looks more like her father.

“I think Moses and I are more, we’re happy to be home and more internal.

“But I think they both, hopefully, got the best of both of us, and hopefully we were able to minimize our bad qualities after we passed them on,” she continued.

And both Apple and Moses are interested in fashion.

“They’re actually both very intrigued by fashion and love fashion,” Paltrow said. “They’re both very intrigued. They both really love fashion as an art form and as a form of expression. It’s really interesting to see that they both choose to do that. My son, it’s basically the way he tells the world who he is through his cool style.”

And she stole from Apple’s closet: “More random things, like a tank top or something.” She searches my closet more for things for special events.”

And so do they said in the same People interview that Martin is a great father.

“He has a sweet, childlike character, and I love that he says, ‘Let’s go jump in the ocean’ when it’s 58 degrees, or, ‘Let’s go to that weird guitar shop.’ He always wants to do fun adventures and activities with them.”

The blonde told the magazine that dealing with her blended family with second husband of five years, TV producer Brad Falchuk, is not a walk in the park.
