The Hollaback Girl singer attended the event, which celebrates country music, alongside her husband Blake Shelton and turned heads in her red carpet attire.
The former No Doubt star, 53, donned a crisp white shirt which he teamed with a matching blazer and tie.
She added a pop of color to the look with a gold sequin mini skirt paired with a pair of furry black ski boots.
Gwen also wore a pair of fishnet stockings to the event and styled her platinum locks into a high bun.

Pampering her husband, 46, as he posed for the cameras, Gwen completed the look with a pair of diamond drop earrings.
However, it seems the quirky ensemble didn’t go down too well with CMT viewers, who quickly took to Twitter to comment on the outfit.
One viewer wrote, “There’s a lot going on in this outfit,” while another quipped, “Everything everywhere at the same time.”

Blake was dressed in a mix-and-match ensemble, consisting of blue jeans and a black blazer, vest, and tie over a gray dress shirt.
With a penchant for Western fashion, the God’s Country singer also donned a pair of brown cowboy boots, while sporting shorter hair and a scruffy beard and mustache.
