Happy 15th Birthday Zuma!!! we love you more than anything,” the singer wrote in the caption, sporting a blue heart and pie emoji.
The beginning of the clip showed the platinum blonde beauty – who celebrated her second wedding anniversary to country crooner Blake Shelton in June – with her son, who flashed a beaming smile as he posed for a selfie with his mum.
Zuma is one of three boys that Gwen shares with Gavin. The former couple also welcomed sons Apollo, 9, and Kingston, 17, to their 13-year marriage, which ended in August 2015 over allegations of cheating by the nanny.

“I let my family fall apart and it took a while for the transition to the next part of my life to happen,” she said referring to her divorce from Gavin.
“Then the pandemic hit…but I still wanted to get something out. But then I got married (laughs), and when that happened I felt like I really wanted to be in that moment and not rush back to finish the album,” she explained.
The Rich Girl hitmaker also explained that she also just needed some rest, pointing out that she spent two years in Las Vegas, was on The Voice seven times and has to juggle her work schedule with motherhood.
“I’ve got three boys and it’s hard to put everything at a glance, it’s really hard. I mean, anyone who’s a mom would probably say, “How does she do all those things?” because it’s impossible,” she said.
In May, Gwen and her three boys were on hand to support country singer Blake as he received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Blake reflected on his life and career during his acceptance speech at the event, when he said the knot with Gwen is what stands out most.
