Guy was first set to tour Australia in November and December 2021 but he had to reschedule due to Covid-restrictions.
The coach previously told The Gold Coast Bulletin that a Covid-19 diagnosis could derail his performances and leave his crew struggling.
‘What happens if I get Covid and my whole week of shows can’t go ahead… you go bankrupt and then you can’t help any of your band and crew.’

‘I think it’s honestly a reflection of what it is like as an artist touring at the moment,’ he went on.
‘You feel like anything could crumble your world and that’s a big stress; we just need a little bit of certainty.’

It comes after Guy surprisingly admitted winners of The Voice Australia are ‘unlikely’ to become instant stars.
‘I think there’s no chance for anyone unless they are prepared to be thrown to the wolves. It’s a really challenging industry and it has changed a lot in the last 20 years,’ he told The Daily Telegraph.
‘It’s unrealistic to have this notion that we’re finding a superstar because we’re removing one of the most important equations out of that, which is time.’
Guy coached last year’s champion Bella Taylor Smith who landed a record deal with EMI Music and $100,000 – but her single Higher only peaked at No. 31 on the ARIA charts.
