But his Vegas restaurant has been marred with bad reviews for its poor service.

An angry diner named Lynda claimed, ‘Last night I went for a friend’s birthday, it’s a party of ten. People made reservations and understood that it was very busy.

“As for poor quality customer service, that’s what I go to McDonald’s for. I could go on and on about how unhappy we were.

‘Even the management, Armando, was not very helpful. It’s sad as a local – this is my first time here and I wasn’t happy. The food was good but cold.’

Another irate reviewer named Lee claimed, “If you have ever been welcomed with a cold shoulder and sat in an establishment with a disgusting attitude.

“The host (name removed) will definitely make you feel unwelcome, and like you’re inconveniencing his day. No ‘hello’, no ignoring questions we had for him.

“I told him, with his lack of empathy, that you work in the hospitality industry and you are hostile, if you do not want us to dine at your establishment, please ask us to leave.”

One diner also slammed the food, with Greg Kistler saying it was “disappointing.”

“I will not allow you to ever treat me, or anyone traveling the world to dine here feeling unwelcome. Total disappointment and disgrace for such a great brand,” they said.

‘The food was amazing, and I must compliment Johnathan, our server, on taking our complaint and commend it for his enthusiasm and professionalism – he carried the team that day.

“Thank you, sir, but the host is more than welcome to look for work elsewhere if he doesn’t like his job.”

The Vegas restaurant responded by saying, “Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed Jonathan’s service. He will be recognized for his efforts.’

Another visitor wrote, “Man spends so much time traveling around the country praising people for their great cooking.

‘Still, the food in his own place was tasteless, dry and possibly even processed frozen food. I had the Reuben, which was dry, and the chicken sandwich, which we could have sworn was frozen brisket.

“We expected so much more with his brand.”

Another restaurant claimed they were received with a ‘cold shoulder’ and seated with a ‘disgusting attitude’.

“The trash nachos were incredible. Hands down the best meal of my life.’
