Fans have been giving the latest film in the Guardians Of The Galaxy franchise critical acclaim – despite the horrendous criticism on Rotten Tomatoes.
Despite fans expressing their excitement and saying the film is great after it was released earlier this week, it has only 80 percent of critics on Rotten Tomatoes, the lowest of the three films.
In Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.3, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff and Vin Diesel are all reunited.
Their latest mission begins with Peter Quill (Pratt) grieving after the death of Gamora (Saldana) that happened in The Guardians Of The Galaxy Holiday Special.
More twists and turns follow in the film as Bradley’s character Rocket faces demons from his past and Peter must protect his friend by mounting a treacherous search for the Guardians that could lead to their dissolution.

One of the many negative reviews from critics was from Wall Street Journal critic Kyle Smith, who called the sequel a “blahbuster.”
He adds the sequel, “jogs along from one visually extravagant, powerfully joking set piece to the next without offering much in the way of dramatic engagement or actually funny ideas.”
Vanity Fair critic Richard Lawson called the sequel a “strange, lumbering patchwork of a movie, occasionally fascinating but otherwise bloated and aimless.”
The New York Post’s Johnny Oleksinski added, “The constant punchlines from the maverick team and the I-break-your-chops dynamics have just gotten tiresome. They’ve become the guy at the party who thinks he’s hilarious but is really just drunk.”
