The TV presenter, 60, resigned from his position last month amid an external investigation into historical allegations of sexual misconduct.

On Tuesday it was announced that Grace Dent will judge the next series of Celebrity MasterChef alongside John Torode
MailOnline has contacted Gregg’s representatives for comment.
It comes after it was revealed that Grace, 51, will be judging the upcoming 20th series of Celebrity MasterChef alongside John Torode.
John released a statement describing his newly announced Celebrity MasterChef co-host Grace as the “perfect person” to step into Gregg’s shoes.
On Wednesday, John said he “loved” working with Grace, who previously appeared on the show as a critic and judge and praised her “expertise.”
He said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Grace on MasterChef over the years. She was an excellent guest, an inspiring critic and also presented some incredible challenges.
‘Expertise is what MasterChef is all about, from the contestants to our amazing production team and to us as judges.
‘The love of food, the love of MasterChef and that undeniable expertise make Grace the perfect person to appear alongside me as a judge for the upcoming Celebrity MasterChef series.’
Gregg is facing a series of complaints about his alleged behavior, including claims he made inappropriate sexual jokes, shared intimate details of his sex life and even walked around naked except for a penis on his sock.
He also reportedly took off his clothes in front of women on set, flirted with staff members and was accused of groping two crew members.

At least thirteen people have filed formal complaints against Wallace, while other celebrities and former contestants have also spoken out about his alleged behavior.
At least thirteen women filed formal complaints about Gregg on five shows over a seventeen-year period. Since the scandal broke, more women have described inappropriate experiences on social media.
Gregg’s lawyers have previously denied allegations that he engaged in conduct amounting to sexual harassment.
The BBC previously canceled two planned MasterChef Christmas specials due to the publicity storm surrounding the presenter, as the show’s producers, Banijay, launched an investigation.
Author and podcaster Grace is a regular guest on MasterChef and last year she was a participant in MasterChef: Battle Of The Critics.
Her takeover of Gregg was first reported last week, with a source saying Sun Grace is seen as ‘the perfect choice’ for the show.
They added: ‘She is very knowledgeable about food and opinionated, and it’s great to have a woman as a judge on the show. It will shake things up and give the series the boost it needs after such an unsettling and uncertain time.
‘She is already a fan favorite and has won a lot of respect in the foodie world thanks to her no-nonsense style and sense of humour.
“Bosses already love her, know she is a safe pair of hands and trust she will help steer the ship with John into more stable waters.”
Grace was a restaurant critic for The Guardian and wrote a restaurant column for the Evening Standard from 2011 to 2017
It comes after it was revealed that John and Gregg have never been friends, despite hosting the show together for 15 years.
Grace said: “I’ve been watching MasterChef since I was a girl sitting on the sofa with my dad. My whole family watches it. It’s all about discovering and championing talent – and ending up in this position is more than a dream for me.
“I’m so excited that I can’t eat, which is seriously damaging for a restaurant critic. I feel very lucky to be filling in for the next Celebrity MasterChef.
“I can’t wait to meet the new celebrity faces for 2025.”
Grace was born and raised by her parents in Carlisle and went on to study at Stirling University, gaining herself a degree in English Literature.
During her studies, Grace began her journalism career by writing features for Cosmopolitan, according to The Sun.
Grace has appeared regularly on MasterChef as a guest judge and critic on multiple series
Grace also appeared on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! in 2023, but had to leave the camp after seven days due to medical problems
After leaving full-time education, she worked as an editorial assistant for Vogue and then as a freelance journalist for various magazines such as Marie Claire, Glamor and more.
She also wrote about all things TV for 12 years, from 2000 to 2012, before moving to The Independent and specializing in food.
As well as appearing as a judge on all three UK MasterChef franchises, Grace was also a judge on Great British Menu.
