Gregg Wallace shared his ‘vacation morning routine’ while on a luxury cruise with his wife Anna.
The 59-year-old MasterChef judge hasn’t shied away from giving fans a glimpse into his early career, despite receiving plenty of criticism for his viral weekend regimen.
Gregg posted a clip to Instagram on Sunday, giving his followers a tour of the empty ship after waking up at 5:45 a.m.
Showing off his biceps in the mirror, the TV personality flexed in a tank top and gym shorts before working out.
‘5:45am Queen Anne coffee first with a glass of ice cold water then off to the gym. Holiday morning routine,’ he wrote.

Gregg and Anna enjoyed their luxury holiday aboard Cunard’s newest ship, the MS Queen Anne, which made its maiden voyage in May.
When he got home, he made sure to get back into his routine: he woke up naturally at 5 a.m., watched the news, and went to the gym at 6 a.m.
He then joined a Zoom call for work, where he read for 30 minutes and took a short walk, all before lunch.
After eating lentil soup, Gregg took a short nap and spent the afternoon working in his garden, ending his day with an 8:00 p.m. bedtime.
Earlier, Gregg left fans stunned when he revealed his typical weekend routine in The Telegraph’s My Saturday column.
Gregg admits he doesn’t like sleeping in on the weekends and starts his day at 5 a.m. reading. He’s currently reading A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles. Then he makes a cup of coffee and checks the enrollment numbers for his health program.
There is no time to rest, however, as he has to stick to his five-day-a-week training schedule. He says he has persuaded the staff to open the gym half an hour earlier every weekend so he can swim and use the sauna in private.
Once the crowd arrives (at the appropriate time), Gregg heads straight to the treadmills to reach his goal of 50,000 steps per week. However, he stresses that he “can’t sweat.”

Now that we’re hungry but not yet sweating, breakfast is on the agenda. Gregg meets his PA at the local Harvester for breakfast, which consists of bacon, sausage and fried egg.
While he admits people are often surprised to see him at the chain’s budget restaurant, he’s “never disappointed” with the food, and especially loves the grilled chicken and salad bar.
However, he said he was disappointed with the food offered in several three-star restaurants in Europe.
Over breakfast, the conversation with his PA turns to business as they juggle filming for MasterChef, his wellbeing business and his new health and wellbeing podcast, A Piece of Cake.
Gregg shared about his new podcast on healthy living: “I love talking to experts, but I’m an expert myself. I’ve been journaling, manifesting, setting goals, and reading self-help books for years.”
Gregg seems to be blessed with a fast metabolism and eats lunch an hour and a half after making breakfast. His wife Anna, 38, makes sure there is food on the table when he gets home in the afternoon.
After lunch, there is time for quality time with his four-year-old son Sid, who is autistic and cannot speak, but who ‘has started seeking company and making eye contact.’
Gregg, who has two adult children with his ex-wife Denise: Tom (29) and Libby (26), speaks candidly about his relationship with his youngest child: ‘I’m a much better father now that I’m older, although at my age I wouldn’t have chosen to have another child.
Gregg’s Saturday regimen quickly started trending on X, with bewildered fans claiming he resembled Steve Coogan’s comedy character, Alan Partridge
‘I was always very honest with Anna, but it’s what she wanted and I love her. I only asked for two things: that we have help with the housework (so her mother came to live with us), and secondly that we go on holiday together for at least one week a year.’
After an hour and a half of quality time with Sid, Gregg enjoys two hours of his own time to himself.
As an ‘amateur historian’ and video game fanatic, he likes to lock himself in his office at 3pm to watch Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia, set in 878 AD.
After leading the Normans, Saxons and Gaels to victory, he sets to work preparing dinner for his family.
The restaurateur and former greengrocer says that Anna takes on the main tasks in the kitchen, as he only cooks for his family once a week, usually a dish of grilled fish from the fishmonger.
He also likes to make his own ‘healthy’ cheeseburgers, since takeout is banned after his health improvement.
Alcohol consumption is also limited. Gregg drinks twice a week, usually starting with a pint, then a wine and then a whisky or brandy. However, he makes sure he ‘doesn’t drink to excess’.
After a long day, it’s time to go to bed early, at 8 p.m. He and Anna read or watch a movie on the laptop, because Gregg “tried eating cookies on the couch” but didn’t find it “satisfying.”
People usually fall asleep around 9:00 PM.
Gregg’s performance on Saturday quickly started trending on X, with bewildered fans claiming he looked like Steve Coogan’s comedy character Alan Partridge.
They wrote: ‘I’m catching up on Gregg Wallace’s magnificent Partridgian My Saturday.’; ‘Gregg Wallace here with an article that would easily put him in the top tier of most ridiculously egotistical LinkedIn contributors’;
‘I’ve met Gregg Wallace once – I bumped into him not once but twice in Manchester city centre within an hour and given our fleeting interaction I’m not entirely surprised by his Partridge-esque interview.’;
‘This is my favorite bit… amateur historian #GreggWallace’; ‘Okay, who opens Fitness First early to let Gregg Wallace in?’; ‘How do we explain to Gregg Wallace that this is not what historians do?’;
‘“At 8pm it’s biscuits – and CHEESE” Gregg Wallace and Gromit’; ‘Gregg Wallace. Surely this has to be a parody?’; ‘Can’t stop reading Gregg Wallace. What a journey, every word is absolutely incredible.’
