Greek Priest Tricked Tourist By Dropping His Pants And Making Him “Anoint” His Genitals With Holy Oil

A Greek priest has been arrested on the island of Rhodes for allegedly tricking a tourist into pulling down his pants so he could “anoint” his genitals with holy oil, according to reports.

The 49-year-old Orthodox priest is accused of insulting the sexual dignity of a 30-year-old Estonian man who was vacationing on the popular tourist island.

The holidaymaker is said to have visited the monastery on the southern part of the island with his girlfriend the day before.

He said he bought a cross from the church, but later forgot to take it with him. The priest then texted him to say he had found it, the Dimokratiki newspaper reported.

When the man returned early the next day to collect it, the priest is said to have taken him to a small reception room and told him it was “to give him a special gift.”

The clergyman then asked the man to pull down his pants and underwear so that he could ‘anoint’ him. It is at this point that he then reportedly massaged the oil onto the man’s genitals.

The man was left confused and embarrassed, apparently unsure if it was a legitimate ritual.

Reflecting on the ordeal later in the day, he decided to report the incident to the police.

The pastor reportedly tried to justify his actions by claiming that he was trying to help the tourist with a rash.

The case is now with the island’s criminal prosecutor.
