How times have changed. Thank goodness for the honest Americans who hold this country together, because a federal judge – Judge Maryellen Noreika – took one look at the document and saw “corruption” written in big bold letters at the top.
Why on earth would the US government grant Hunter broad immunity and let him off with little more than a slap on the wrist? the judge asked federal prosecutors, who wrote the agreement with Hunter's lawyers.

It seems impossible that Hunter could go from virtually no consequences to a maximum of almost twenty years behind bars if these latest tax charges stand?
And as if things weren't bad enough for the Biden clan, Thursday's indictment hints at even more charges. The very first page of the document calls Hunter a “lobbyist” and notes that his clients come from Ukraine, China and Romania.
That leaves open the very real possibility that Hunter will be charged with violating the Foreign Agent Registration Act. You see, it is also a crime to advance foreign interests without notifying the U.S. government.
It is precisely the case laid out by zealous IRS whistleblowers, Gary Shapley and Joe Ziegler, to whom America owes a debt of gratitude. They called out the Justice Department for ignoring a slew of Hunter's alleged crimes and even claimed that the DOJ alerted Hunter to their investigation.
So ask yourself: What could compel President Biden, top U.S. intelligence officials, the vast majority of the U.S. media, and the U.S. Department of Justice to cover themselves up so thoroughly?
Well folks, hopefully we'll find out.
Because on Tuesday, the House will vote on a formal impeachment inquiry into President Biden, as they want to draw a clear line between Hunter's nefarious actions and dear old dad.
What has become perfectly clear is that Hunter only sold one thing to the Chinese communists and corrupt Ukrainian oligarchs: access to his father. The question is, did Joe take his cut?
Rep. James Comer's House Oversight Committee released records alleging direct monthly payments were made to his father from one of Hunter's many companies.
Seems worth investigating, right?
Should the House of Representatives vote to launch the formal impeachment inquiry, it will open up a wealth of legislative tools and subpoena powers that could help investigators delve further into the presidential family's lurid finances.

What centrist Democrat can stand before the American people next week, vote against impeachment and say with a straight face: There is nothing going on here. Mind you, these are the same Democrats who constantly cackle about the alleged lawlessness of Donald Trump.
Americans see that Merrick Garland's Justice Department and Special Prosecutor David Weiss tried to do everything in their power to make the case against Hunter disappear, and that they would have gotten away with it if not for that pesky judges and IRS whistleblowers had been there.
The Democrats are caught in a lose-lose situation.
If they stick with Joe Biden and vote against an impeachment inquiry, they will undermine the case against Trump.
If they abandon Joe, they risk a complete electoral collapse just weeks away from the first votes in the presidential primaries.
But of course there is more at stake than votes in the House of Representatives and political posters before 2024.
Should a proven liar be in the Oval Office?
Unfortunately, I suspect their answer is yes.
