Buyer sparks heated debate after spotting highly ‘unusual’ hidden image in Great Northern beer logo
- There are two animals in the Great Northern logo
- Women seemed to find them easier to see than men.
Beer fans have found themselves divided over the country’s “second favorite beer”, Great Northern, after a woman pointed out a quirk with the famous logo.
Paige Bush posted on TikTok to point out that the Marlin used on the front of beer cans and bottles also looks like a bird.
“Once you see it, you can’t stop seeing it,” he wrote next to his video where he pointed to the “beak” of the bird.
The woman said no one believes her when she tells them the logo “looks like a bird” and asked for “one person” to back her up.
“They think I’m making it up, or I’m drunk or I’m going crazy,” she said.

A woman took to TikTok to show off the ‘hidden bird’ in the Great Northern logo
The video has been viewed by more than 200,000 beer lovers and hundreds admit they see the bird too.
‘Yes, it’s a blue jay,’ agreed one woman.
‘I can see a bird, though it has no lower beak, well seen,’ said another.
But many said she “didn’t do the video justice” after accidentally covering the logo with the caption.
‘Maybe do it again without the headline in front. I don’t believe it until I can see it,’ said one man.
‘What a demo failure,’ laughed another.
Others said the video helped them.
“My dad has told me all my life, but I never got to see him until today,” one woman laughed.
Some claimed that Toohey’s was the first beer company to incorporate other animals into its logo.
He tried to point to the bird, but accidentally placed the caption text over the logo.
One person kindly highlighted the bird for all to see.
“Toohey’s original logo had a kookaburra and a kangaroo hidden in the deer,” one man said.
Some people claimed to be able to see two bird heads in the fish logo.
