Viewers have demanded Danny Dyer gets his own cooking show.
The actor, 46, is best known for his role as hardman Mick Carter in EastEnders, but featured in the Channel 4 series’ Stand Up to Cancer special and fans took to X to voice their opinions.
One wrote: ‘Watching #GBBO and omg Danny Dyer deserves his own cooking show!’
Another said: ‘Think we need a Bakken series with Danny Dyer. I’m excited to watch and support this episode on @Channel4.”
Even the official SU2C account tweeted: “We’ll settle for a Danny Dyer channel. Bunch!’

The former soap star claimed at the start of the episode that he had ‘never’ baked in his life and as he put his cake together later in the show, there was panic that his masterpiece would fall to the floor.
He exclaimed, “It’s over, it’s over.”
Ultimately, Danny decided he’d just have to live with the results, but luckily the cake stayed in place.
The Heat actor was joined by comedian Leigh Francis, funnyman Rhod Gilbert and radio DJ Yinka Bokinni during the special, which saw Keith Lemon star Leigh, 50, take home the Star Baker apron.

Commissioned to turn their biggest disaster into a cake, Leigh decided to recreate the moment he lost his toenail by creating an impressive baked replica of his injured foot.
The judges and viewers were seriously impressed with the baking, especially after Leigh admitted he had never made a cake before.
“That toenail looks so realistic,” one viewer tweeted.

During the show, the four celebrities were also tasked with making 12 cookies for their first task, the Signature challenge and tricky fondant fantasies for their Technical.
Leigh also impressed in the technical class, taking first place. He follows in the footsteps of Spencer Matthew after the Made In Chelsea star won the first episode.
Elsewhere, viewers were delighted to see comedian Rhod Gilbert back on TV after his ‘brutal’ battle with cancer.
