Grave fears for Perth father-of-two Trevor McGillvray, who vanished after he recently received devastating news about his health

The desperate search for a missing beloved father continues as his panicked daughter makes a moving plea.

Trevor McGillvray, 65, has not been seen by his loved ones since leaving his home in Landsdale in Perth’s north on Monday.

His Kia Sportage SUV was last seen in the Coogee area at around 1.15pm before police launched a public appeal into his whereabouts hours later.

His family and police are extremely concerned about Mr McGillvray, who left home without his phone, wallet and essential medication.

His daughter Katie revealed that he was recently diagnosed with kidney and kidney failure.

“I want him to know that he doesn’t have to go home to Landsdale, but he can contact me, his son Simon, his sister Barbie and his brother Dave,” Ms McGillivray said. Perth Now.

“He needs to know that my brother, uncle and aunt are there for him and that he has choices.”

Police launched a public appeal for information on Monday evening after concerns were raised about his welfare.

“Dad, we just want you to know that you’re not alone and that we love you,” Mrs. McGillvray begged.

We just want you to contact us so we can make sure you are okay and get you back with us, your family.”

Mr McGillivray is described as having a light complexion, medium build and gray hair.

He is believed to be driving a blue Kia Sportage SUV, registration number 1GHX 834.

Anyone who sees Mr McGillvray or his vehicle is urged to call police on 131 444.

His car was last seen in Coogee, Perth, on Monday afternoon. The police are calling on people to look out for the blue KIA Sportage with license plate 1GHX 834
