You won’t believe where this picturesque travel destination is (and it’s not Europe)
Tourists in the know visit a theme park on an island in Vietnam that looks just like a European city.
Also known as the ‘Sleepless City’, Grand World Phu Quoc bears a striking resemblance to Venice in Italy with stunning architecture, colorful buildings and lively streets.
While the facades are eye-catching, the buildings are cavernous, often with only a café, shop or restaurant on the ground floor and nothing above.
They look a lot like the buildings on the iconic Las Vegas strip.
Families are raving about the destination online, considering it a ‘must-see’ five-star holiday for those with young children.

The park covers no less than 85 hectares and is described as ‘glorious’.
Visitors can find an abundance of fun activities to explore and watch, including roller coasters, evening shows, a taxi boat or gondola ride, and Disney character appearances.
There is also a Teddy Bear Museum, an Art Park and a 40-minute water show in the evening.
Travelers recommend staying all day and late into the evening to get the full experience of the park.

Travelers who have visited Grand World have bragged about it online and shared their experiences.
‘Grand World was incredible, words can’t describe it, entry to all the attractions is included as well as the mermaid show at 2pm and the water show at 6.45pm, not to mention flying on Aladdin’s carpet and visiting the house of the seven dwarfs, simply fantastic! It was a fun day and I would highly recommend it for all ages,” one person wrote.
‘This place is amazing at night. The bright lights and atmosphere are great. There was a power cut during the water show so they started again, but apart from that there are lots of cafes and restaurants around the main canal,” said another.
‘What a beautiful place to visit. The boat ride through Venice at sunset is simply beautiful and you have lots of food and drink options to enjoy,” wrote a third.
In addition to Grand World, there are two more parks: Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders.
