The influencer girlfriend of a crypto entrepreneur accused of murdering her mother has completely changed her look after restarting her career on Instagram.
Andre Rebelo, the long-time partner of Instagram-famous model Gracie Piscopo, was charged in November in the death of his mother Colleen, 58, in Perth in May 2020.
Ms. Piscopo, 26, used to share countless photos of the couple on trips and exclusive events, but has been conspicuously absent from her social media accounts since her arrest.
She’s also been unusually active on Instagram and shared her first professional post since November on Wednesday of last week, wearing a Princess Polly outfit.
On Thursday night, Ms. Piscopo shared a snapshot revealing that she had dyed her hair blonde and was now a brunette.

On the first day of every year, Ms. Piscopo would post a series of polaroids of herself, Rebelo, and their four-year-old son Romeo, in a New Year’s Day tradition.
But for this year, her partner was nowhere to be seen in the 2022 roundup post, and instead the polaroids were just of Ms. Piscopo and her son.
Rebelo was also missing from the photos he shared on Christmas Day.
He and Ms. Piscopo have dated for eight years, and the model amassed a massive following on social media detailing her day-to-day life.

He currently has one million followers on Instagram and 308,000 subscribers on YouTube.
Ms. Piscopo She initially kept quiet about the Rebelo charges, but broke her silence in December to express her devastation over the ordeal.
“I would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding in my absence,” he wrote.
“For the past two weeks, I have been in a state of complete shock and complete disbelief, and I am deeply affected by the events that have unfolded.
“I am grateful for everyone who has reached out and sent love and support, this has been an extremely difficult time and my focus right now is the well-being of my son.”
Rebelo, from North Coogee, Perth, was arrested on November 22 and is accused of murdering his mother at their home in Bicton in May 2020.
Initially, Ms. Rebelo’s death was not considered suspicious as she had no obvious signs of injury.

However, an investigation into his son’s alleged fraudulent dealings led to murder charges being filed.
Court documents revealed that Rebelo, a cryptocurrency trader, was also charged with five counts of forging a document with the intent to defraud.
The documents showed that Rebelo was accused of falsifying medical records related to his mother, including requests for information, a death certificate and her final will.
Police allege that Ms. Rebelo’s last will and testament was forged a few days after her death.
Rebelo has pleaded not guilty to the fraud charges and is due to stand trial in WA District Court in December, while the murder case will return to court in March.
