The Atomic Purple colored Elgato Stream Deck Mk. 2 is currently discounted during Amazon’s Prime Day in October for just $122.99 (was $159.99), the lowest price yet for the transparent purple desktop accessory.
The Stream Deck (not to be confused with the Steam Deck) is a versatile accessory with 15 customizable buttons that can be programmed for use in content creation, productivity, gaming, and many other applications. The StreamDeck Mk. 2 is an improved model of the original, with a fixed-angle stand, a detachable USB-C connector, support for animated screensavers, and an interchangeable faceplate.
While the vast majority of applications available for the Stream Deck are aimed at making things easier for streamers, the Elgato Marketplace is home to a wealth of other useful tools you can use to personalize your new accessory. For example, Destiny item managerthe invaluable tool for organizing your inventory in Bungie’s live-service shooter, has a Stream Deck application that makes retrieving your favorite gear even easier. You can also find a custom profile for Hell divers 2 with pre-programmed macros that allow you to quickly summon Stratagems in the heat of battle. Some people simply use the Stream Deck to enable or disable mute or emulate during video calls.
There are also other versions of the Elgato Stream Deck available for purchase, including the Streamdeck Plus, Streamdeck MiniAnd Stream deck XL. The Plus features eight buttons, four dials, and a touchscreen and retails for $176 (down from $199.99), while the six-button Mini and 32-button XL are marked down to $50.99 (down from $199.99). $59.99) and $238.05 (was $249.99) respectively.
