Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is launching an investigation into Covid vaccines to look into “any wrongdoing” regarding the shots.

The governor, who has long been critical of the shots, will join the state Supreme Court in launching a grand jury investigation into the vaccines, how they were used in Florida and the long-term harm that could have resulted.

Dr. Joseph Ladapo, Sunshine State Surgeon General, participated in a panel discussion where the announcement was also made, saying “the risk is much higher.” [with the Covid vaccines]…not at the same stage as other vaccines].

Governor DeSantis also announced that Florida is creating a Public Health Integrity Committee, which can function as a replacement for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The CDC and Governor DeSantis have clashed repeatedly during the pandemic over masks, vaccinations and the reopening of cruise ships in the state.

This announcement comes as new research finds that injections likely prevented 3 million deaths during the pandemic.

Pfizer is charging $130 for its COVID-19 vaccine, a 10,000% markup on the estimated $1.18 it costs them to develop a single dose of the vaccine. It is forecast to rake in more than $100 billion in revenue this year and generated $81.2 billion last year. These figures nicely clear the $40 billion per year he was earning in previous years.
