Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick and Amy Jackson’s bridal party stun in $1,299 dresses by Australian designer as they tie the knot in Italy

Ed Westwick and Amy Jackson tied the knot in a lavish Italian wedding last weekend, with the bride enlisting an Australian designer for her bridesmaid dresses.

The Bollywood actress, 32, who got engaged to the Gossip Girl star, 37, during a ski vacation in January, spent a total of $10,392 on dresses from Rebecca Vallance.

Her eight bridesmaids looked stunning in strapless Aveline gowns, each worth $1,299, which featured a white base adorned with pink floral patterns.

With large bows on the back, each member of the bridal party chose their own accessories, with the theme being silver or white.

Some opted for white strappy heels, others stepped out in silver shoes with diamante trim, and most wore must-have diamante jewelry.

While some members of the party opted for half-up, half-down hairstyles, others chose to wear their locks in tight buns or ponytails.

During the ceremony, which took place on the Amalfi Coast, each bridesmaid carried a beautiful white rose bouquet, which matched the bride’s bouquet.

Meanwhile, Amy stole the show in a flowing white satin gown, designed by Alberta Ferretti, which featured a flattering strapless neckline and a full princess skirt.

Her dark locks were pulled back into a stylish bun, hidden beneath her long, elegant veil, adorned with lace details.

She beamed as she snuggled up to her new husband Ed, sharing photos on Instagram on Sunday that gave a glimpse of their big day at Castello di Rocca Cilento.

The actor looked in admiration at his new wife, surrounded by white roses. The groom looked smart in a white jacket and black bow tie.

Ed enthusiastically wrote with the beautiful photos: ‘The journey has only just begun’, followed by a ring emoji.

On Thursday, Amy posted a racy snap of the lovebirds sharing a kiss while Ed cheekily grabbed her bum as they landed in Italy before their marriage.

The couple made the journey in a luxury private jet, equipped with pillows and blankets from Hermès.

They were accompanied on the flight by family and friends, including film producer Mohammed Al Turki, who introduced them for the first time, and Amy’s four-year-old son from her previous relationship.

The actress posted a series of snaps on Instagram, writing, “Let’s get married, darling!”

In March, the couple were spotted leaving 1 Hotel Mayfair to celebrate their engagement with friends and family at French restaurant L’Atelier Robuchon in London.

“Planning this evening has really got us excited about our wedding,” Ed told The Daily Mail at the time. “It was so special to have our friends and family together to celebrate.”

Ed first met Amy at Silverstone Racecourse in 2021. A source told The Sun at the time: ‘Ed and Amy are a really good match. They hit it off straight away.

Last year the couple moved into a new home and just a few months later Ed got down on one knee during a trip to the Swiss Alps in January of this year.
