Now Gordon Ramsay faces the wrath of British breakfast experts as society says his full English pizza complete with baked beans shows ‘contempt for the tradition’
Gordon Ramsay has been criticized for showing ‘disdain’ for both British and Italian cooking traditions after making an English breakfast pizza.
The TV chef, 57, proudly topped his pastry with egg, sausage, bacon and black pudding in a gruesome display that disgusted communities across Europe.
And then he moved on to making a sauce of baked beans, tomato and the Bloody Mary cocktail ingredients vodka, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
While Ramsay said he was creating “something new, something exciting, something for breakfast,” his plan backfired when he was branded a “f**king murderer” by an Italian viewer.
The Kitchen Nightmares star has previously shamed his critics after coming under fire for flogging £19 chip dishes that contained just two eggs, one sausage, one tomato, one mushroom and a small portion of bacon.
But speaking to MailOnline, Guise Bule, chairman of the English Breakfast Society, slammed Ramsay for showing a ‘total lack of respect’.

While Ramsay said he was creating “something new, something exciting, something for breakfast,” his plan backfired when he was branded a “f**king murderer” by an Italian viewer.
He said: ‘Gordon is one of Britain’s celebrity chefs who consistently bucks tradition when it comes to the English breakfast.
‘The one he serves at the Savoy is constantly ridiculed and the fact he makes an English breakfast pizza only confirms his disrespect for tradition.
“It’s proof, proof that he has contempt for tradition and is no longer a chef, but an American businessman.”
Ramsay released a video earlier this month of himself making the ill-fated dish during a visit to Portmeirion, North Wales.
But the idea didn’t go down well with many subscribers to his YouTube channel, with one resident of Italy exclaiming: “You fucking murderer.” Never come to Italy again,” while someone else said: “Gordon declares war on Italy.”
One Briton wrote: ‘On behalf of myself and the British people I apologize, this will not happen again.’
While someone else commented: ‘As a lover of both Italian and British cuisine I am shocked.’
Another viewer wrote in the comments section: ‘I just heard that the International Criminal Court has issued a warrant for Gordon Ramsay’s arrest. His crime = BAKED BEANS ON PIZZA!!!’

While someone else shared: ‘I’m convinced he’s deliberately antagonizing the Italians at this point.’
Ramsay even admitted to his crimes in the video, commenting, “Baked beans on a pizza? They’re going to banish us from Italy!’ – while an off-screen voice added: “And Wales!”
He later added that he wasn’t convinced after taking it out of the oven, saying, “I’m still not sure… baked beans on a pizza.”
While in Scotland he also put a cup in a sandwich, although that proved less controversial.
‘Beans, seaweed, eggs on a pizza? NO. That cheese isn’t even melted. The bottom is too burnt,” another subscriber raged at his dish.
Another asked: ‘I understand beans are part of an English breakfast, but beans on a pizza?!?!’
“If Gordon had been given this abomination during one of his kitchen competitions, imagine his comments. And the bottom was burned black,” another of his fans noted.
And a third said: ‘Imagine if this was served to him at a show ten years ago? With the steam coming out of his ears you could power a small country for a year.’
He topped the pie with egg, sausage, bacon and black pudding and made the meal from scratch in the sun

Another person commented: ‘Gordon could come to my house and cook this for me, but I wouldn’t touch it. Baked beans mixed with pizza sauce? Awful. What the hell was he thinking?’
Ramsay has previously slammed critics who mocked the £19 breakfast served at his Savoy Grill – saying they were only angry because they ‘couldn’t afford it’.
The Michelin-starred chef unveiled his British breakfast at his central London restaurant on social media in September 2020.
But it was greeted with a barrage of negative comments on Twitter – with many taking offense at the portion size, missing breakfast components and £19 price tag.
The foul-mouthed star told Insider: “I stand by it. I swear by it. And it’s a meal I would eat for my last supper one day.
‘It should be a full English breakfast with extra baked beans.’
Addressing the naysayers, he added, “And you know what? If you’re worried about the price, you can’t fucking afford it.’
It comes after diners branded a Gordon Ramsay burger a ‘bloody mess’ because cheese has been sprinkled on the bun, making it difficult to eat.

The dish – which costs £18 according to the online menu and comes with fries – is filled with a double beef patty, American cheese, onion and Sriracha mayonnaise.
The TV chef is selling the Next Level Burger at nine Street Burger restaurants in the UK, but foodies on social media have slammed the meal online.
He promoted the dish in a social media post last month and shared a message Instagram reel with his 17.3 million followers.
In the clip, the burger is also topped with a spoonful of mac and cheese.
‘Treat yourself this weekend with a delicious Next Level smash stack at @gordonramsaystreetburger!!’ wrote the cook.
Commenters, however, didn’t seem very impressed with the offer.
“Looks like a mess,” one person wrote, smacking the sauce and toppings that appeared to be spilling out of the bun.
“It looked beautiful until you put that white stuff on top,” another added.

Another wrote: ‘Making a burger that isn’t easy to eat shows a fundamental misunderstanding of a burger.’
Elsewhere, one person simply instructed the chef to “start over.”
‘Looks delicious, but how should you eat it?’ one commenter wondered.
“Way too messy to pick up and eat,” another commented.
Others also took issue with the price, adding that it was expensive for Britons going through a cost of living crisis.
“I’m sure it tastes good, but I don’t think the wallet will agree.”
Still, some fans were more convinced, saying the meal looked “stunning” and “incredible.”
