Gordon Ramsay has revealed that his daughter Tilly had a tumor removed at the age of 12.
On Friday night’s episode of Celebrity Gogglebox, the no-nonsense TV chef burst into tears as he recalled anxiously awaiting her diagnosis. Fortunately, her tumor was non-cancerous.
Gordon, 55, wept as he was candid about Tilly’s cancer fears, revealing that his now 20-year-old daughter was undergoing MRI scans after doctors feared the worst.

The father-daughter duo looked at the story of a girl named Emily who died after contracting cancer at the age of 22.
Gordon said to Milly, ‘When we found out you had a tumor when you were 12 and that was that awful period.
‘Is it cancer or is it not malignant? So going to the theater with you… Remember?’
Former Strictly star Tilly nodded as her famous father continued: ‘And it wasn’t cancer. Damn hell!’ while his daughter added that she was “very lucky.”

Elsewhere in the episode, the chef explored whether his daughter has a boyfriend, and Tilly eventually confessed that she’s in a relationship — while her father jumped for joy and exclaimed “finally.”
It comes after the young star’s stint on Strictly Come Dancing last year sparked rumors of a romance between her and pro partner Nikita Kuzmin.
Gordon appeared on the celebrity version of Channel 4’s Gogglebox for Stand Up To Cancer and questioned his daughter about her dating life before getting stuck in TV.

The father-daughter couple was filmed in their living room watching TV, with the chef asking, ‘Do you have a boyfriend? Yes or no?’
An aggrieved Tilly slumped further in her chair, before confessing that she was in a relationship with a closed response.
And dancing with joy Gordon exclaimed, “Yes! She finally has a boyfriend!’

It comes after reports of Tilly growing close to her former Strictly partner Nikita, with the pair sharing a close bond since appearing on the show together.
Tilly and Nikita formed a close bond during the show and last year let loose when they left his flat together.
The pair have since reunited many times, but insisted they were just good friends – Tilly reportedly saw the dancer as a “big brother” figure.

And in December, the star is said to have joined the celebrity dating app Raya during her search for love, which seems to have come to an end.
She appeared on the Channel 4 show with Gordon in matching navy rompers, aiming to raise money for Stand Up To Cancer.
Gordon said of the TV appearance: “We are always happy to support the great work Stand Up To Cancer is doing, and despite our TV tastes being polar opposites, we had a lot of fun filming this very special episode of Goggle box.’
