A man is said to have barricaded himself in a house after stabbing a woman.
Paramedics rushed to Gooseberry Hill, in Perth’s east, about 5pm on Tuesday after a woman was found with life-threatening stab wounds to her neck and torso.
She was taken to Royal Perth Hospital under lights and sirens, reportedly with multiple injuries.
It is understood neighbors discovered the woman in a garden and called for help shortly afterwards.
A major police operation is currently taking place at the address, with tactical officers present.
