Google TV now streams more than 35 Oscar-nominated films for free. Here’s the full list

We have good news for those with access to Google TV: Ahead of this weekend’s 96th Academy Awards (taking place on March 10), you can stream more than 35 past Oscar nominees for free.

We first heard about the news that the titles would be available in time for the Oscars yesterday, but we now have confirmation and the full list of films that will be available (see below), including blockbuster favorites including Forrest Gump And The big short one.

However, there is a small catch. Although all Oscar-nominated and winning films are free to watch, you will have to put up with ads.
