Google has created a fun, free Where's Waldo game, with a secret Taylor Swift version
Google's latest Doodle is a Where's Waldo?-stylized hidden object game that brings together the 25 most wanted things from the past 25 years into one colorful, chaotic image. Google's The most wanted playground is a playable review of Google's (and the world's) history. Where else can you find Albert Einstein, Pikachu, and Taylor Swift all hanging out?
To play, just start clicking around. Look closely at the image and you will see that some characters or images stand out, such as a statue of Pikachu. Clicking on it will check Pikachu off the list of hidden things. That list will show you what to look for, but if you click on an item, say Naruto, you'll get a hint as to where to look. (“The most searched for anime is making a splash,” reads the Naruto hint.) If you need more help, follow the directional marker on the hint; it will lead you to the area where it is located.
There's even a hidden Taylor Swift mini-game in the hidden object game: The Most Wanted Playground (Taylor's Version). There are ten secret clues related to Swift, linked to several of her songs. When you solve the puzzle you are given a letter and a hint for a 'missing key', which is used to open a website that is spelled if you put all the given letters together. Like Google's puzzle vault, this is a task that Taylor Swift fans must solve together. (And they have: if you need help, check out this Reddit thread.)
