A toddler has died a day after they were left fighting for life after being pulled from a swimming pool.
The one-year-old started having trouble in the water at the unit complex in Elanora, on the Gold Coast, at 4.20pm on Saturday.
Emergency services were called to the scene and took the toddler to Robina Hospital in a critical condition.
Queensland police said on Sunday that the toddler has now died.
A report will be prepared for the coroner, with the death not being treated as suspicious.
