He was filmed hanging from the side of the carriage as it headed north on the Gold Coast’s G:Link light rail system.

A traveler recorded the reckless hack which was uploaded to TikTok on Monday and has recorded more than 377,000 views.

The boy is seen clinging to the sides of the door as two young men inside the tram film him with their phones and laugh.

‘What if he falls, c ***?’, the person who posted the TikTok clip is heard saying.

After about 10 seconds, the teenager appears to let go of the door of the tram and falls onto the tracks.

‘Oh Lord! Oh Lord!’ says the traveler as he approaches the door to capture the fall.

The TikTok user claimed in the comments section of the video that the boy was fine afterwards.

“I got up and walked like a champ,” he posted.

He claimed the teen was an ‘eshay’ who ‘tried to pick a fight’ with him and his friend beforehand.

The AG:Link spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia: “Reckless behavior like this is extremely dangerous.

“We have a simple message for those who participate in this activity: do not put yourself or others at risk.”

The spokesperson said that interfering with public transportation infrastructure can result in fines of up to $550.

“There are over 300 CCTV cameras across the network, being monitored 24/7, and this behavior will be immediately reported to the Queensland Police Service.”
