As cast members including Ellie and Izzi Warner and Dave and Shirley tuned in to the challenge involving Joe Swash and Dean Gaffney, they felt sick.
Joe and Dean had to drink a plethora of horrifying potions to win treats for their campmates before arriving late at camp in South Africa.
Their trial included everything from cow vagina to mixed maggots and the men, who are known for their strong reactions to challenges, retched repeatedly and struggled to contain the concoctions.
The vile scenes also affected Gogglebox viewers, leaving many feeling sick and taking to Twitter to express their feelings.

It comes after I’m A Celebrity South Africa viewers kicked off Friday night when the show ended on a dramatic cliffhanger ahead of a double elimination.
The latest episode concluded with a tense court battle in which Jordan Banjo and Myleene Klass of the yellow pride and Andy Whyment and Georgia Toffolo of the green pride battled for their place in the camp.
