Gogglebox star Matty Fahd’s brother Kris Fade joins Netflix’s Dubai Bling

Gogglebox star Matty Fahd’s older brother Kristan ‘Kris Fade’ will make his reality TV debut in the new Netflix series, Dubai Bling.

The Australian-Lebanese radio host, 42, will be one of the personalities on the extravagant show, which will follow the lives of 10 millionaires in Dubai.

In a trailer for the over-the-top series, Kris walks out of a private jet with his wife Brianna and two kids before playing basketball at their mansion.

The couple married in a lavish ceremony at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, and streamed the entire ceremony live to his 308,000 Instagram followers.

“I believe in destiny, and I believe Instagram was only made for meeting,” Fade joked during his vows.

“You don’t marry someone you can live with, you marry the person you can’t live without,” he said. ‘Good luck.’

To mark the occasion, the hotel decorated the fountain in the lobby with a floral arrangement, displaying the couple’s initials.

The couple got engaged in 2019, when Fade proposed to her in Jordan – with a little help from Hollywood actor Will Smith.

During the premiere of Aladdin, which was filmed in the country, Smith distracted Ramirez with a selfie, while Fade got on one knee behind her.

Fade, who has a wax figure at Madame Tussauds in Dubai, began his radio career at Sydney’s The Edge 96.One before having the opportunity to launch the first-ever Virgin Radio brand in the Middle East.

The Kris Fade Show is now the #1 listener in the region with over 1.3 million listeners per week.

In 2018, Fade launched its own brand Fade Fit that offers healthier snacks and vitamins for the whole family.

The brand has become the fastest-selling snack brand in the region.

Dubai Bling can be streamed worldwide on Netflix from 6 p.m.
