Gogglebox star Ellie Warner reveals her hair salon in Leeds has been robbed in ‘bizarre’ burglary as she pleads for help from her followers

Gogglebox star Ellie Warner has revealed her Leeds hair salon has been robbed and is begging her followers for help in finding the culprit.
The reality star and hairdresser shared two Instagram photos showing CCTV footage of the thief breaking into the salon on Tuesday morning.
Ellie described the break-in as “bizarre,” explaining that the thief did not steal any valuables from the salon but instead took hairdressing supplies, most of which had been bought second-hand.
Ellie captioned her post: ‘He broke into our salon in Leeds city centre at 4am on Tuesday morning.
‘It took him 40 minutes to get into the salon and he stole the most random things.

‘He took a few people’s bags containing hairdressing equipment that isn’t worth much second hand, but is extraordinarily expensive to replace, and some items of sentimental value!’
“The damage he did to the building is greater than the value of the items he took. It was the most bizarre burglary!”
MailOnline has contacted a representative of West Yorkshire Police for comment.
In March, Ellie announced that she was back to work as a hairdresser for the first time since the birth of her son Ezra in May 2023.
She tagged her other business account and captioned the post: ‘@elliewarnerhair first day back.’
Ellie, who has been on the show for eight years, looked over the moon to be back at Tint in Leeds, and was filmed wearing an apron and a short white jacket.
With a cheerful smile, she made sure that there were plenty of treats ready for the day ahead, while a cup of coffee and a Ribena drink were on her table.
The Gogglebox favourite, who often appeared on the show alongside her sister Izzy, has been a professional hairdresser since 2009. She has recently made a name for herself as a colourist.

Ellie was shocked when the little girl she had with her boyfriend Nat Eddleston pooped on her in the opening scene.
Together with her sister Izzi, 27, the hairdresser had Ezra resting on her lap when the smell took an unpleasant turn.
Izzie commented, “I heard it gurgling,” to which a shocked Ellie admitted, “Yeah, he’s definitely pooping.”
When they heard baby Ezra fart, his mother and aunt couldn’t help but laugh.
Then they asked the little one, “Is that funny?” And then they added, “Does that feel good?”
Ellie announced in June that she had given birth to her first child with boyfriend Nat, and she gave the little one to her sister Izzi to cuddle during the show.
