Daniel Lustig has revealed that he and ex-husband Stephen Webb are still living together, nine months after announcing their split.
The Gogglebox stars revealed they were divorcing in April 2024 after six years of marriage.
Speaking Best’s Suddenly Single podcastDaniel opened up about their “traumatic” and “devastating” shock split as well as his current dating life.
Despite making the decision to split, Daniel, 49, revealed that he and Stephen, 53, are still living under the same roof as they continue to sell their apartment.
He said: ‘We still live together. We are trying to sell our apartment. We live very well together. (The split) was quite slow, we still slept in the same bed for a while.
‘When Stephen went on Celebs Go Dating we agreed we would sleep in separate bedrooms.

“We found a way to work together, live together and be dog dads. It was always about friendship.
‘As soon as we started dating, I said, ‘This guy is so different from me,’ but we got along so well even though we came from completely different backgrounds.”
Speaking about their split, he added: ‘It was devastating. For me it was traumatic and even though I knew it wasn’t going great, I didn’t see it coming.
“It was quite a slow process because we were completely wrapped up in our businesses, the dogs, for so long, we were so close in everything we did.
‘There was nothing underhanded going on, no one had slept with anyone else. Stephen was the opposite of me, and we would say opposites attracted, but that was ultimately our problem.”
Confirming he’s back on the market, Daniel said: “Once I got over the shock, over the summer I went on date after date with all these different types of people, I was on apps all the time, and now I realize that I was trying to fill a void.
‘Friends took me aside to ask if I was okay. Now I’m happy to be single. I love going on dates, but I don’t need a long-term relationship. I need to fix myself a bit and learn who I am again.
‘The first guy I dated (after Stephen), I had about six dates with him in London. He was very nice, he knew my situation and it was teen dating, nothing sexual at all, we went somewhere really fun and ended up having a kiss. He ended it, I think he realized I wasn’t in the right mood.’

Stephen and Daniel are still on good terms, and the pair both run their hair salon together.
When they split, Daniel said: ‘It is with heavy hearts that we have made the decision to confirm that our marriage has come to an end.
“I’m sure we’ll be friends forever.”
Stephen first appeared on the Channel 4 show Gogglebox more than a decade ago in 2023, alongside his ex-boyfriend Chris Ashby-Steed.
When the couple split, Stephen remained on the program with his late mother Pat.
