Gogglebox star reveals she’s returned to work as a hairdresser for the first time since welcoming her first child
Gogglebox icon Ellie Warner has revealed she has returned to work as a hairdresser for the first time since her maternity leave.
The Channel 4 star, 32, took to her Instagram Stories and shared a beaming mirror photo after returning to the salon following the birth of her son Ezra last year.
She tagged her other business account and captioned the post: “@elliewarnerhair first day back.”
Ellie, who has been on the show for eight years, looked on cloud nine as she returned to work at Tint in Leeds when she was spotted wearing an apron and short white jacket.
With a cheerful smile, she made sure she had the necessary treats for the day ahead, while a cup of coffee and a Ribena drink were on her table.

The Gogglebox favorite – who often appeared on the show with her sister Izzy – has been a professional hairdresser since 2009 and recently made a name for herself when she specialized as a colourist.
Ellie welcomed her eight-month-old son, Ezra, in June last year, and the little one quickly became the star of the Channel 4 show when he made his highly memorable series debut during an episode in September.
Ellie was shocked when the little one, who she welcomed with boyfriend Nat Eddleston, pooped on her during the opening scene.
Standing next to her sister Izzi, 27, the hairdresser rested Ezra on her knee when things took a stinky turn.
Izzie commented, “I heard the gurgling,” prompting a shocked Ellie to admit, “Yes, he’s definitely pooping.”
As you heard baby Ezra pass by, his amused mother and aunt couldn’t help but gasp and laugh it off.
Then they asked the little one, “Is that funny?” Before you add, “Does that feel nice?”
Ellie announced she had given birth to her first child with boyfriend Nat in June, when she handed the little one over to her sister Izzi for a cuddle on the show.

She also took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of her baby boy sleeping in a yellow blanket and confirmed that his name is Ezra.
Gogglebox returned to screens in September for its 22nd series, but a number of viewers couldn’t hide their disappointment at some of the missing cast members, calling it ‘boring’, ‘weird’ and ‘not the same’ without them.
Stephen Webb and his husband Daniel Lustig announced on their Instagram accounts earlier this year that they had left the show to “explore other opportunities.”
