Ben Shephard managed to take a beating from boxer Chris Eubank Jr. when the two-time super middleweight world champion punched the GMB star for 20 seconds.
Good Morning Britain presenter Ben, 48, bravely took up the challenge on Thursday morning as his co-presenters Kate Garraway and Ranveer Singh looked on in disbelief.
Professional boxer Chris donned his gloves while Ben wore a stomach guard before unleashing a storm of heavy punches for 20 long seconds.

And Ben was the unfortunate adversary of Chris’s training session on Thursday morning, as he screamed in apparent shock and pain as he was punched in the stomach.

But Ben appeared in good spirits after the ordeal was over as he laughed before removing his stomach protector.

It comes after Ben recently revealed that he almost stripped naked in his college days in an attempt to earn money.
Speaking in That Gaby Roslin Podcast Last month, the Good Morning Britain host was asked what his dream role would have been and joked that he could be in the new Magic Mike movie.
The 2012 franchise is based on Channing Tatum’s experiences as a male stripper.
Ben’s adult dance dreams of his student days were dashed by his now-wife, Annie, who intervened and talked him and his friend out of it.

The host also revealed that he and Sam almost performed for the girls’ lacrosse end-of-season party after Gaby asked him if he ever ended up stripping.
He said, “We were asked to do the girls’ lacrosse season finale and we were all on board.”
Ben added that he had been trying to teach his housemate some “moves” before his performance.
However, his wife Annie intervened again and managed to stop the two from doing the show.

She said, ‘You’re kidding, aren’t you? You know you’re not going to do this. As much as it sounds like a really good idea to you two, you’re not going to do this.’
Ben said, ‘So that was something that stopped me from doing. And she is always so encouraging!
The broadcaster married his college sweetheart and he and Annie now have two sons, Sam, 17, and Jack, 15, together.
Annie was a philosophy student when Ben was studying contemporary dance at the University of Birmingham.
