The GMA host’s 18-year-old daughter, 51, is a freshman at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and takes every opportunity to immerse herself in college life.
Sophia took her Instagram to show off her toned figure as she cheers on the soccer team in the stands.
The brunette beauty – who was dropped off from college just two weeks ago by her proud dad – caused a storm when she donned her college colors in a white crop top and blue pants.

The scholar paired her white crop top and blue parachute pants with layered gold chains.
She held a black mini purse with a gold chain and pulled her curly locks back into a ponytail.
The 18-year-old brought her look together with gold hoop earrings.
She captioned the photo with a white heart emoji.
Sophia seemed happy because her school had won the game.

The proud dad admitted he couldn’t believe how quickly ‘time has flown by’

On Instagram, he spoke about his “intelligent” and “beautiful” daughter.
He posed with Sophia in front of the school and congratulated her on all her achievements.
The proud dad admitted that he couldn’t believe how quickly “time has flown by.”
In the blink of an eye, Michael could be seen grinning inside a building, as he donned a giant Duke-branded foam hand in the signature shade of blue of the elite college, school sports mascot, the Blue Devil.
A third photo pictured the duo in front of Hog Heaven Bar-B-Q, a casual eatery just a six-minute drive from campus.
A final photo showed the pair shopping at Target for dorm essentials — with family dog Enzo along for the trip.
At the end of May, Michael shared a slideshow of him in Sophia, as she received her high school diploma from New York’s elite Trinity School.

In the ‘gram documenting his trip to Duke’s campus, Michael added of Sophia’s twin sister, Isabella, “I know she’s a twin, so pictures to follow soon!” LOL.’
Meanwhile, his other daughter Isabella is focusing on her modeling career for now.
However, Isabella will be attending USC this fall.
The loving father has two more children, Tanita, 31, and Michael Jr., 28, whom he shares with his first wife, Wanda Hutchins, to whom he was married from 1992 to 1996.
Meanwhile, the mother of twins Sophia and Isabella is his second wife, Jean Muggli, to whom he was married from 1999 to 2006.
Michael has been in a quiet relationship with model Kayla Quick since 2015.
