Despite the stellar line-up, football fans will be disappointed after organizers confirmed no European Championship matches will be broadcast at the festival, including Sunday’s upcoming England match.

The match against England will clash with headliner SZA’s set on the Pyramid Stage, meaning some football fans may leave before her performance is over.

Before Scotland’s elimination from the competition, festival bosses released a statement saying: ‘In previous years we have tried to show notable matches on big screens wherever possible, especially on days before the main stages open.

‘However, as England and Scotland’s last sixteen matches potentially clash with the headline sets at this year’s festival, the decision has been made that – as in 2014 and 2016 – if England or Scotland qualify from their groups, their last sixteen matches will not be shown. on the festival.’

The organizers added: ‘We would like to wish both Gareth Southgate and Steve Clarke’s team the very best in Germany.

‘And we hope we can see them all play the quarter-finals in the days after this year’s festival.’
