Gisele’s billionaire Miami developer friend is ENGAGED

A Miami billionaire real estate developer believed to be having an affair with recently single Gisele Bundchen is in fact engaged to another woman, it has been reported.

Jeffrey Soffer, 55, was reportedly getting close to the Brazilian supermodel, whom he met through a friendship with her ex-husband, Tom Brady.

However, it now emerges that Soffer is engaged to Colleen Schiff, and has been since at least November 2021, when he referred to her as his fiancée at a Las Vegas event.

Soffer is believed to have been in a relationship with another woman for several years prior to that.

“He has been in a serious relationship for seven years and is currently engaged,” a source said. the new york post office.

Schiff is the widow of Miami real estate mogul Steven Schiff, who died in 2017 at age 57. The couple had two children, Kylie and Neil.

Soffer was previously married to Elle Macpherson, and the couple divorced in 2017 after four years. He has also been linked to Gwyneth Paltrow, though she insisted they were just friends, and model Molly Sims.

Jeffrey Soffer and his fiancee Colleen Schiff are seen with Mark Wahlberg at a party inside Soffer’s Fountainbleau Hotel in November.

Gisele Bundchen, 43, denied any relationship with Soffer and insisted that he was friends with her ex-husband Tom Brady, not hers.

Bundchen, 42, denied any relationship with Soffer.

“I’m not related to him in any way,” he told Vanity Fair.

He’s a friend of Tom’s, not my friend.

She added: ‘I wouldn’t be with this guy. I mean, puh-leeze. They said I’m with this guy, he’s old, because he has money, he’s ridiculous.

Soffer is worth an estimated $2.2 billion, while the model is worth $400 million.

Developer and hotelier Soffer, 55, was married to Australian supermodel and actress Elle Macpherson, 58, until their divorce in 2017. The couple married in Fiji in 2013.

Brady and Soffer were spotted hanging out together in January, when the soccer star was photographed spending quality time with his daughter Vivian in Miami.

The friends were also photographed courtside together enjoying a WNBA game along with sportscaster Jim Gray and Brady’s sister Julie in Las Vegas, Nevada last May.

Soffer and Brady have been friends for years and were spotted hanging out with mutual friend David Beckham in late January.

And when Brady was looking for land on which to build his “forever home” with Bundchen in 2020, he opted for a property right next door to his friend Soffer’s spacious Miami mansion.

To further cement their bond, when Brady and Bundchen paid $17 million for the lot at 26 Indian Creek Island Road, an enclave known as the ‘Billionaire Bunker,’ records show they did so through an LLC run by executives from the Soffer’s company, Fontainebleau Development.

Brady and Bundchen tore down the existing 5,772-square-foot home on the site and began building a state-of-the-art eco-mansion in its place.

In October, Bündchen quietly paid $11.5 million for a waterfront home on Biscaya Drive in Surfside, just across the canal from her ex.

Bundchen closed on the stunning five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot Miami Beach oceanfront mansion on October 6. It has a swimming pool, home theater and a gym.

The plans encompass three buildings – a main house, security hut and gym – and include a pickleball court, yoga deck, solar panels, cabana, outdoor kitchen and organic garden.

He has preserved the site.

She also paid $1.3 million for a small, non-oceanfront property in February of last year, several months before she and Brady announced their divorce.

Soffer, 55, owns a slew of luxury properties, including Miami’s iconic Fontainebleau hotel.

The hotel mogul also owns the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa and Turnberry Ocean Club Residences.

Not long after their quick divorce, rumors began to surface that Bundchen had moved in with Brazilian-born Joaquim Valente after she was spotted spending time with him and their two children in Costa Rica in December.

Sources close to the model have furiously denied that she is dating her jiu-jitsu instructor, insisting that Valente is nothing more than a close family friend.

Bundchen appeared to allude to the rumors in a cryptic caption of a stunning selfie she posted to Instagram.

‘Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. All we see is a perspective, not the truth,’ he asserted.

Brady and Bundchen finalized their divorce on October 28, ending their marriage with a kind public announcement shared on social media.

The NFL star wrote: “Over the past few days, my wife and I have finalized our divorce after 13 years of marriage. We came to this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together.’

Sources say the mother of two has been “happy and doing very well” since the split, but was “focused on her children, her health and her job.”

Last week, Gisele shed her good-girl image for a racy new ad campaign, featuring the Brazilian-born bombshell performing on a pole.

She worked the stripper pole in a new ad for Italian shoe brand Arezzo, wearing a little black leotard with a backless thong that showed off her toned bottom.

It was also the March cover story of Vogue Italia, which the magazine debuted alongside five stunning inside images captured by Brazilian photographer Rafael Pavarotti.
