Gisele Bundchen took time to think about what’s important in life as she continues to make the transition to the bachelor life after her divorce from Tom Brady.
On Sunday, the longtime supermodel took to her Instagram page and shared a video of herself on a bike ride through a tropical setting a beautiful sunny day.
“We all have our fair share of trials,” the Brazilian beauty — who attended the Beach Polo World Cup in Florida the day before — began in the caption.
“Every smile, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow.”
Sounding like someone speaking from experience, she concluded, “Nothing lasts. So let’s enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad. Every day is a gift!’

Bündchen, 42, then repeated her caption in Portuguese, her first language of the five she speaks, including English, Spanish, Italian and some French.
With blue skies and plenty of green tropical plantation in the background, the Brazil native of Horizontina, Rio Grande do Sul, opted for a laid-back beach look in vintage-looking cropped jeans and an off-white tank top.
She also wore light nude sandals, and her blonde locks were styled long and flowing to about the middle of her back with lots of waves and a parting in the middle.
At one point in the clip, the former catwalk queen added a little spunk to her stride and moved closer to the person behind the camera, then spread her leg wide while flashing a beaming smile.
The Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life The author’s final zen moment comes about six months after she and Brady went public and announced their decision to separate after 13 years of marriage.
“With much gratitude for our time together, Tom and I amicably finalized our divorce. My priority is and will always be our children whom I love with all my heart,” she wrote in a social media post at the time.
She added: “The decision to end a marriage is never an easy one but we have grown apart and while of course it’s hard to go through something like this I feel blessed for the time we had together and wish I only want the best for Tom. always.’
She concluded her statement asking people to respect “our privacy at this sensitive time.”
Brady, 45, also felt the need to share a public statement regarding their separation and eventual divorce.
“In the past few days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from each other after 13 years of marriage,” he shared, before giving a glimpse of their future plan.
“We came to this decision amicably and are thankful for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. As parents, we will continue to work together to make sure they always get the love and attention they deserve,” he wrote.

It appears that the former couple and their lawyers have reached a settlement without any drama, agreeing on property and child custody and support, according to TMZ.
The details of their divorce, which was finalized in October, are being kept confidential.
Brady and Bündchen first started dating in 2006 and quickly became one of the top celebrity power couples.
They eventually married in 2009 and had two children together, Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10. The recently retired NFL quarterback, who is considered the Greatest Of All Time (GOAT), also has a son John , 15, from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
