The 42-year-old supermodel, who sensationally parted ways with her NFL husband Tom Brady last year, has brushed aside rumors that she and Joaquim are an item.

Showing off her toned midriff in a sleek black crop top, she donned a matching set of leggings that played up her dizzying pins and pert derriere.

Meanwhile, Joaquim, who like Gisele hails from Brazil and now lives in Miami, was as always dashing in a T-shirt that fell flattering over his tight torso.

The smoldering fitness enthusiast bared his sculpted legs in high-cut shorts and wore his hair in a flowy attractive hairdo.

As the day progressed, Gisele could also be seen keeping up with her correspondence, chatting on the speakerphone while pounding the sidewalk in Miami.

Gisele and Tom tied the knot in February 2009 and welcomed two children into the world together: Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10.

The power couple announced their separation last October after a snowstorm of reports that their marriage was on the verge of collapse.

It was alleged that Gisele was livid over Tom’s shocked decision to “not retire” from the NFL – just a month after leaving football to spend more time with his family.

“Of course I have my concerns – this is a very violent sport, and I have my kids and I’d like him to be more present. I’ve definitely had those conversations with him over and over,” she shared Elle shortly before their split became public.

During his brief tenure in the NFL, his marriage fell apart, and in February Tom announced that he was once again retiring.

Since November, rumors have been swirling about Gisele and Joaquim, fueled by their frequent public sightings together, including during trips to Costa Rica.

Gisele has taken a dismissive stance on the conjecture, telling the April issue of Vanity purse“I think at this point, unfortunately, because I’m divorced, I’m sure they’ll try to commit me to something.”

In the same interview, she denounced the ongoing stream of “hurtful” speculation that she had forced Tom to choose between her and the NFL.

She insisted that she always “wanted all his dreams to come true” and that they broke up just because they “grew apart” and eventually wanted “other things.”

“If there’s one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it’s him, believe me,” Gisele insisted. “I want him to perform and conquer.”
