Gisele Bundchen resumes her daily workout routine in Miami after Hurricane Milton pummeled Florida
Gisele Bündchen appeared to be returning to her normal routine on Friday after laying low following Hurricane Milton’s devastation in the state of Florida.
The model, 44, who recently posed during a sexy photo shoot in her native Brazil, appeared to wave to a friend as she returned from her morning coffee in Miami.
The city was not hit as hard by the massive hurricane as the rest of the state, and many Floridians forced to evacuate their homes sought refuge from the storm there.
The cover model looked relaxed in a gray sweatshirt with figure-hugging black leggings.
She stepped out in a pair of black slippers and carried a taupe-colored bag.

A while later, the leggy beauty was spotted wearing black workout shorts with a black T-shirt as she headed to her workout.
The Nourish author wore a pair of beige slides and placed a beige beak hat over her long locks.
She was carrying a white water bottle and a brown shoulder bag.
Bündchen incorporates a variety of practices into her workout routine, including kayaking, yoga, strength training and jiu-jitsu, according to a 2023 interview with Women’s health.
Walking her dog is a favorite exercise for her and her dog. “Walking is underrated,” she told the publication. “That’s great for me and great for him.”
It was jiu-jitsu that ultimately introduced the model to her current boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, who owns a jiu-jitsu studio in Miami with his brothers Pedro and Gui Valente.
They started dating in June 2023, after first meeting in December 2021, when she sought jiu-jitsu training for her son and subsequently decided to take classes as well.

”At first I didn’t even think about it. But when I brought [her son Benjamin, now 14] “When I went to first grade and started talking to Joaquim, I realized it was much more than self-defense,” she told Dust magazine.
“I have a friend who told me about the Valente brothers and their martial arts school, and since I wanted to point my almost teenage son in the right direction, I thought he might be interested in it.”
The athletic beauty has also learned to appreciate the mental growth that comes from her practice, revealing that it has made her a better listener and helped her relax.
Bündchen shares her son and daughter Vivian, who turns 12 in December, with her ex-husband, former NFL great Tom Brady, 47.
