Gisele Bundchen looked downbeat as she was spotted out and about on the streets of New York City on Thursday for the first time since rumors that the Brazilian supermodel is on the verge of divorcing husband Tom Brady appeared.
Bundchen, 42, dressed down in a baseball cap, plain white t-shirt, with a green sweater tied around her waist, blue jeans and white sneakers, in the midst of Fashion Week.
The former Victoria Secret Angel was accompanied by the daughter that she shares with Brady, Vivian, 9, during the outing.
The pair were walking around New York City’s swanky West Village neighborhood, walking past celebrity haunt the Greenwich Street Tavern at one point.
Earlier, it was reported that Brady and Bundchen are ‘living separately’ and are working through martial issues, sources close to the couple told CNN.
Brady and Bündchen tied the knot in 2009 and share two kids together, Benjamin Rein, 12, and Vivian Lake, 9. Brady also fathers John Edward, 15, with his ex Bridget Moynahan.
As Bundchen shopped at Ever After, a clothing store for pre-teens, Brady was likely at home in Tampa recovering from a busy day of training as his Bucs prepare to line-up against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
According to reports from Tampa, Brady trained with the team Thursday having had a day off on Wednesday.
The former Patriots legend, who announced his retirement from the NFL in February then reversed the decision in March, is now dealing with marital issues after his wife of 13 years indicated she was unhappy with the about-face.
‘Gisele isn’t back with Tom,’ a source told Page Six earlier this week. ‘She flew back to Florida to be with her kids but hasn’t been to their home in Tampa.’
The insider further revealed Brady, 45, knows he will have to call it quits after this season ‘if he wants to stay married.’

Page Six later reported that Bundchen touched down in New York on Tuesday. Since 2016, Brady and Bundchen have owned a luxury condo in the Big Apple’s Tribeca neighborhood in a building known as 70 Vestry.
Famously, Brady was bested twice by the New York Giants in the Super Bowl while he played in New England.
Bundchen didn’t hold back in an interview with Elle Magazine, published on Tuesday, voicing her worries about Brady walking back on his retirement plans.
‘This is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present,’ Bündchen said. ‘I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them]. He needs to follow his joy too.’
On his regularly scheduled ‘Let’s Go!’ podcast on Tuesday, the seven-time Super Bowl champion did not mention his marital challenges directly, but spoke about the importance of family.
‘I think there comes a point in your life where you say: “You know what? I’ve had my fill, and it’s enough and time to go on, to move into other parts of life.”
‘As you get older, life changes quite a bit. There’s different responsibilities that take form in your life. There’s different perspective you gain.’
Brady recently took a brief leave of absence from an 11-day training camp last month to ‘deal with personal things,’ according to Buccaneer’s coast Todd Bowles.
He later commented that ‘there’s a lot of s*** going on.’
A representative for the duo wasn’t immediately available for comment.

Bundchen fled to her Costa Rica home without Brady at the beginning of September after having a blow-out argument with her husband.
‘[Bundchen] was so happy when he announced his retirement, and she wasn’t thrilled at all when he went back on that,’ a source explained.
‘They’re hitting a rough patch. But I know they’re trying, or at least trying to figure it out and make it better. He wants to get through this and for things to get better.’
Bundchen is known to show up at her husband’s games with a high-security presence. While she was nowhere to be seen in the stands for his first game of the season on Sunday, she cheered her husband on from a distance in a tweet that said, ‘Let’s go @TomBrady! Let’s go Bucs!’
‘Everyone here knows that there’s tension, but we don’t know how serious it is,’ a source told People while explaining Bundchen has always been present at Brady’s games.
‘We’re just not talking to him about Gisele. It’s not a topic anyone wants to bring up to him.’
The supermodel told Elle Magazine she had stepped back on her own career to support Brady and her kids.
‘I’ve done my part, which is [to] be there for [Tom],’ she told Elle Magazine. ‘I moved to Boston, and I focused on creating a cocoon and a loving environment for my children to grow up in and to be there supporting him and his dreams.
‘Seeing my children succeed and become the beautiful little humans that they are, seeing him succeed, and being fulfilled in his career — it makes me happy. At this point in my life, I feel like I’ve done a good job on that.’

While Bündchen has spent a chunk of her life dedicated to her family, it is time she stops putting her career on hold, she shared.
‘I have a huge list of things that I have to do, that I want to do,” she said. “At 42, I feel more connected with my purpose,’ Bündchen said.
While Brady and Bündchen’s marriage is still on the rocks and Gisele allegedly hasn’t returned to their home in Florida, a source told People the couple is not ‘over by any means.’
‘Tom is still hoping they can reconcile. Gisele has told him she’s leaving him before, and they always made up when she cooled down,’ a source told Page Six.
The supermodel apparently despises how her husband entered back into the realm of football after throwing in the towel, according to an insider.
‘She doesn’t hate that he’s playing football, but she sure hates the way he handled the retirement and coming back,’ the insider explained.

Brad opened up on his Tuesday podcast on the impact playing for the NFL has had on his personal life.
‘I haven’t had a Christmas in 23 years, and I haven’t had a Thanksgiving in 23 years, I haven’t celebrated birthdays with people that I care about that are born from August to late January. And I’m not able to be at funerals and I’m not able to be at weddings,’ Brady told his co-host, Jim Gray.
‘When I was 25, all I did was think about football. That was my life: It was eat, sleep, drink football because it was my profession and my career.
‘Over time other priorities develop because you change and evolve through life and you grow in different ways. You take on these different responsibilities of family, commitment, so forth. You commit time and energy to those things.’
The football star admitted the sport consumes his attention during the season.
‘I have a lot of things that are really important off-field pursuits and goals that you are trying to maximize as well,’ Brady said.
‘So we all have different things that are going on and I think once football season comes I really lock in on what I need to do and how I need to focus and the kind of commitment I need to make for the organization so that we can maximize our potential as a team.’

Brady is now apparently working to improve his marriage while juggling his football career.
‘He’s doing what he can do to smooth things over,’ an insider said. ‘He does know that this is his last season if he wants to stay married. He can’t do this again. So now all he can do is make this season count, spend time with his family whenever he can, and then retire at the end of the season.’
The source continued: ‘They decided together that he would retire, and then he decided by himself that he’d come back. She said they’d talk about it more, but then he came back anyway before they had really talked it all through. She’s a very ‘pros vs cons’ person, and she sees very few pros to him playing anymore.’
Another source told People, ‘Going back to Tampa after the retirement put a strain on the personal side of his life. Gisele is frustrated and sick of his career coming before their family, who has always supported him.’
Brady might not be ready to close the door on his career yet after claiming the title of a seven-time Super Bowl quarterback champion. He recently said he will take it ‘day by day,’ according to Perez Hilton.

Despite their potential fallout, construction on their Florida mansion is still underway.
Exclusive DailyMail.com photos show workers at the property continuing to build the mega mansion located on Indian Creek Island, which is referred to as ‘the world’s most exclusive municipality’ with just 34 properties available across 300 acres – all of which have waterfront views of Biscayne Bay, near Miami, Florida.
DailyMail.com got a first look of the property earlier this year showing the construction in its early phases, but in these new aerial photos taken Wednesday it’s clear that production has moved forward.
The couple made plans to move to the high-security enclave – dubbed Billionaire Bunker – after they purchased a $17million property there in late 2020. They tore down a pre-existing 5,772-square-foot home on the lot and are erecting a state-of-the-art eco-friendly mansion in its place.
It was meant to be the family’s forever home, settling down in Florida after Tom uprooted Gisele and their children from New England when he left the Patriots for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Once construction is complete, the family will be neighbors with Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, hotel magnate Jeffrey Soffer and billionaire investor Carl Icahn.
