Gisele Bündchen ‘hires Florida’s top divorce lawyer after splitting from Tom Brady’

Gisele Bündchen has hired Florida’s best divorce attorney because her divorce from Tom Brady became “very annoying.”

The supermodel has started preparing for the long fight by hiring Tom Sasser, who has worked for Tiger Woods and Jeff Gordon.

Bündchen was spotted in Miami earlier this month leaving a law firm without her ring

Sources told Page six the addition of divorce lawyers has made the stressful divorce “become very annoying between Tom and Gisele.”

“They are ready to fight,” the source said. “It will take some time to distribute their immense wealth and possessions all over the world.”

The high-profile couple is said to be on neutral grounds regarding their two shared children Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, nine, who opt for joint custody. Brady also has another son Jack, 15, with ex Bridget Moynahan.

Bündchen has been jet-setting lately while Brady hangs out in Miami during football season. They have been separated since they reportedly had a huge row over Brady’s announcement that he would not be retiring, with many speculating that this was what prompted their divorce.

A source confirmed to DailyMail.com in late September that their physical separation was unaffected by Brady’s move to rejoin his beloved sport.

Brady announced he would be retiring in February, only to turn around a few weeks later and say he isn’t.

“There have been problems in the marriage because of his decision not to retire. Gisele has always been the one with the kids,” the source told Page Six. “They had agreed that he would retire to focus on the family, but then he changed his mind.”

The mother-of-two briefly mentioned her feelings on the subject in an interview with Elle magazine in September, revealing: “I feel very fulfilled, as a mother and as a wife. And now it’s my turn.’

Giselle added: ‘I’ve done my part, that’s [to] be for it [Tom]. I moved to Boston and focused on creating a cocoon and loving environment for my children to grow up in and support him and his dreams.

“Watching my kids succeed and become the beautiful little people they are, see him succeed and be fulfilled in his career – it makes me happy.

The couple are reportedly not arguing over their shared children Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, nine. They have reportedly decided on joint custody

The two reportedly began their divorce proceedings after Brady announced he would not stop playing football

“At this point in my life I feel like I did a good job. I have a huge list of things I need to do, things I want to do. At 42 I feel more connected to my goal.’

Brady announced earlier this week that he had no plans to retire in the near future. He said: ”I love the sport and I love the teammates, and I want to do a great job for this team, as I always have. No pension in my future.’

His wife of 13 has not attended a single Bucs game this season.

“I don’t think anything is coming back now,” the source told Page Six. “They both have a lawyer and look at what a split entails, who gets what and what the finances are.”

DailyMail.com has attempted to contact Giselle’s team for comment.

Sources said earlier this month that Brady was “very hurt” by the divorce because he was used to winning.

His “very charmed life” has reportedly made the divorce proceedings “terrible for him.”

“It always seems to go the way he wants. He works hard, he’s a good guy, not many things have gone wrong in his life,” the source told People.

“This is terrible for him. You can see this really hurts.’

In addition, the power couple’s mansion in Miami has been shut down due to Hurricane Ian, the New York Post revealed.

The two set out to build a forever home for themselves and their children in the Indian Creek Country Club community in Miami.

The total cost of the home is expected to be close to $30 million, as they paid $17 million for the land and another $10.12 million in construction costs for the custom mansion, according to the Post.

The area has been dubbed “Billionaire’s Bunker” due to the sheer number of celebrities and high rollers in the area, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

Rumor has it that Brady and Bündchen are assessing how they would allocate their assets, including their real estate portfolio.

Photos show the property is still under construction, although it has recently been shut down due to the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian

But the mansion seems tailor-made for the two, and includes an organic garden, pickleball court, yoga deck, prep kitchen, main kitchen, and outdoor kitchen.

The 1.8 hectare site includes three buildings: a main building, a security post and a gym. Ironically, it also includes his and her bathroom suites, which may never be used by both.

Floor plans of the house obtained by the Post show it spans a massive 17,000 square feet and includes five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, along with an elevator, cinema and guest suite.
