Gisele Bündchen ‘secretly bought an $11.5 million mansion right across the pond from Tom Brady’s house’ in Tampa Bay BEFORE the couple finalized their divorce

Gisele Bündchen reportedly bought an $11.5 million mansion just across the waterway from Tom Brady’s home last month before the couple finalized their divorce.

Bündchen closed the five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot mansion in Miami Beach on Oct. 6. Page six reported.

The mansion appears to be located almost directly across the waterway from her now ex-husband Tom Brady’s Tampa Bay home, which is under construction on Indian Creek Island.

Bündchen first toured the mansion on Aug. 16, just days before the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback took an 11-day break from playing in the NFL, a source told Page Six. The breakup was a last-ditch effort to save the relationship, it was reported.

But on October 28, the couple finalized their divorce, ending the 13-year marriage.

“Gisele was actively looking at homes in Miami Beach even before Tom took his break from the NFL, indicating she was already done with the marriage and moving on,” the source revealed.

Bündchen’s reported new digs are in Surfside, while Brady’s mansion is on the Biscayne Bay waterfront.

“You could literally swim from Gisele’s house to Tom’s – not that they would – but both houses will have a dock, so it would be very easy for them to raise their kids together while being so close to each other.” living,” the source added. .

The property offers details with high ceilings of 25 feet, a large outdoor pool, home theater, gym, several terraces and views of the waterway and Indian Creek Island.

Brady and Bündchen have two children together – a son Benjamin and a daughter, Vivian. Brady also has a 15-year-old son, Jack Moynahan, from a previous relationship with actor Bridget Moynahan.

The couple posted statements on Instagram about the divorce, with each saying they came to the decision “amicably”.

“The decision to end a marriage is never an easy one, but we have grown apart and while it is of course difficult to go through something like that, I feel blessed for the time we have had together and always wish Tom the best Bundchen wrote.

Both said their priorities were with their children and asked for privacy.

“After much thought, we have come to this decision to end our marriage,” Brady wrote. “Of course, this is painful and difficult, as it is for many people around the world who experience the same thing every day.”

The divorce came in the middle of Brady’s 23rd NFL season and amid his first three-game loss streak in 20 years, just months after the seven-time Super Bowl champion ended his short-lived retirement.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback — who had long expressed an interest in spending more time with Bundchen and his three children — announced his departure from the game in February, only to change his mind 40 days later.

“What else do you have to prove?” Bündchen told her husband on the sidelines after his last, record-breaking Super Bowl win, as Brady himself told shortly after the win.

Despite Brady initially saying his retirement was an opportunity to focus his “time and energy on other things that require my attention,” part of his motivation for getting back was what he called “unfinished business” with the Buccaneers. The team failed to make it to the Super Bowl last season in their bid to repeat as champions.
