Gina Rinehart’s incredible act for Donald Trump is revealed and why she wants Australia to ‘watch and learn’

Gina Rinehart has taken out a full-page ad in Donald Trump’s favorite newspaper to congratulate the president-elect.

Australia’s richest person took out an ad in the New York Post on Thursday entitled ‘Celebration Time!’.

It featured a photo of Trump hugging the star-spangled banner during a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference in February last year.

The paid ad, signed by ‘Gina Rinehart and friends’, featured several logos from the mining magnate’s companies, including 2GR premium Wagyu beef, Hanrine Exploration and Mining and her dairy company Bannister Downs.

“Like many around the world, we salute your leadership, President-elect Trump,” the ad said.

“Thank you for standing up no matter what is thrown at you.

‘We know very well that you love your country and are extremely committed to its people.

“Your election brings hope and much-needed inspiration to many in Australia and around the world.

It was signed ‘Best wishes from your Australian friends’.

Ms. Rinehart is on very good terms with the 47th President of the US.

The philanthropist attended Trump’s election night party at Mar-a-Lago.

She proudly posed next to Trump’s daughter, Tiffany, holding a sign that echoed his pro-mining mantra, reading “drill, baby, drill,” and also rubbed his son Eric’s shoulder.

Ms Rinehart was also pictured at a table between outspoken former Liberal vice-president Teena McQueen, right-wing British MP Nigel Farage.

After Trump’s victory in November, Ms Rinehart said she hoped Australia could “watch and learn” from his example.

‘Even after billions in spending by Democrats, the US has chosen with full force to reject whatever is left. Socialism always harms those who are less fortunate,” she said WA Today.

‘[Mr Trump] stood armed with conviction, tremendous courage, incredible tireless effort and true love for the USA and the American people.

“I really hope Australia watches and learns as they see that cutting government taxes, cutting taxes and reducing government waste lifts people up and raises living standards.”
