‘Netflix was not easy for me. They really put me through an audition process,” said the cover girl who also spoke to Elle about having a therapist.
But she was fine with the way they treated her. “I respected that and it made me feel good when I got the job,” Gigi shared.
‘I felt like I had earned it in their eyes, and that gave me the confidence to do it. You get a feeling of imposter syndrome and you’re like, “Okay, am I getting this show just because I have a big following?”
“The fact that they really questioned my intentions to be on the show helped me jump in headfirst.
“If they think I can do it, then that gives me more confidence than maybe I would have had otherwise.”
And the mother-of-one added: ‘People say I’m funny. I don’t know, but I think the more time they give me, the more I can fool around.
