The 51-year-old has shared her tips for making sure you’re perfectly packed for any trip.
The TV presenter lays out all the items she wants to bring, then spends several days deciding if she really needs all the pieces she’s grabbed.

“A week before I leave, I usually pull everything out and start adding or subtracting what I think I’ll need,” he says. nine now.

Catriona also uses packing cubes in various sizes for lingerie and other small items, takes clothes that don’t need to be ironed, sticks to three colors so she can ‘mix and match’ her outfits, and warns against bringing too many shoes.
An important piece of advice: “never take anything you’d hate to lose,” insists Catriona, and take photos of your luggage in case it’s lost.

When it comes to the suitcase itself, Catriona prefers a rigid suitcase on wheels, one that doesn’t look too fancy to be stolen or too “dodgy” to be searched, and is always tied with a red ribbon for luck.
