A German newspaper has taken a closer look at Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane despite his brilliant form in the Bundesliga and highlighted one major problem.
England captain Kane joined the Bavarian giants in a sensational £100m move from Tottenham last summer and was deadly in front of goal.
He has 54 goals and 17 assists to his name from just 52 appearances in all competitions and topped the charts at the end of last season.
Kane also set new milestones after breaking Erling Haaland’s top-flight German record after scoring his 50th goal in the division after 35 games.
However, the talisman has been accused of going missing all too often in games.

Kane has been in red-hot form since joining the club, scoring 54 goals in 52 appearances
Accompanied by the headline ‘The BITTER Kane truth’, Bild has vandalized Kane’s displays
A Image column by journalist Walter Straten was scathing in his assessment of Kane’s performance in Bayern’s 1-1 draw against champions Bayer Leverkusen.
‘A lot of effort, too little success. Harry Kane is hanging out in the front alone,” said the extraordinary verdict, which was also published online.
‘What good is three goals against Kiel if he doesn’t even get a shot on target in a big match like yesterday?
‘To be honest, we cannot now let go of Kane’s curse of not being able to win a title. Especially because he had to leave injured.’
Scattered across the page is the headline: “The BITTER Kane Truth.”
To make matters worse, Kane suffered an ankle problem in the closing stages of the match and is now a potential doubt for Bayern’s clash with Aston Villa.
“Hopefully it’s nothing serious,” said Bayern head coach Vincent Kompany. ‘I’m not a doctor, but I hope he can play against Villa on Wednesday.’

As reported by MailsportKane is undergoing intensive treatment in a bid to be available for the Champions League match at Villa Park.
There is also believed to be optimism that the issue is not serious.
In that case, Kane would be fit enough to be selected in Lee Carsley’s next England squad, which would provide a major boost to the interim boss’s chances of securing the job permanently.
