Christian, Geri Horner’s husband, was mocked for preparing a “bland and tasteless” barbecue over the weekend.
The multimillionaire, 49, – who is the CEO of Red Bull Racing – took to Instagram as he took on the role of head chef and shared a look at the food at his posh BBQ.
Christian looked delighted in the photo taken at the couple’s lavish estate in Oxfordshire, as the barbeque was packed with chicken, burgers, sweetcorn and other vegetables.
He wrote, “Summer has arrived – BBQ time” while accompanying the photo with a summer emoji and a flame emoji.
Although fans made the food look tasteless, they wasted no time taking to Twitter to make fun of him.

Oh dear: the multimillionaire, 49, – who is the CEO of Red Bull Racing – took to Instagram when he took on the role of chef and shared the food at his fancy BBQ (pictured with Geri in May)
One scoffed, “Married to a spice girl, but no spice can be seen on that food.”
Another said, “Omg, there’s no flavor there WTF,” while a third quipped, “Is that chicken?” It’s so pale hahaha.’
A fourth wrote ‘This is really embarrassing’, a fourth cringed.
Meanwhile, another joked: “All that money and no taste…”
It comes after Christian opened up about his marriage to Spice Girl Geri and the struggles he faces from working away from home for long periods of time.
The Formula 1 team boss married the singer, 50, in 2015 in a lavish ceremony, and they share a son named Monty, five.
In a recent interview with Tatler, the Drive To Survive star admitted that “family time is precious” when he can take time away from the race track and travel home.
On how Geri, also known as Ginger Spice, feels about his career, he said, “She understands that it’s basically like being on tour. There are many parallels between what I do and what she has done in her career.
“There’s a perception that it’s all very glamorous, but it’s actually not. It’s many nights away from home – from track to hotel to track to hotel.’
Hilarious reaction: People mocked: ‘Married to a spice girl and yet there are no spices on that food’

While talking about spending more time at home, Christian added, “For me, family time is precious and you have to be disciplined. I’ve gotten much better at being really present when I’m home, not allowing work to intrude.”
Geri also shares daughter Bluebell with her screenwriter ex Sacha Gervasi, whom she dated in 2005.
The couple recently started work to create 14 stables at their home in Oxfordshire, but Ginger Spice and the Red Bull team boss have now been forced to apply for retroactive permission.
If approved, the barn will be just another asset to their sprawling estate which already boasts a boating lake and indoor swimming pool.
Christian’s path to the top of the Formula 1 management ladder began behind the wheel, as a talented young racer.
Giving up being behind the wheel to pursue his managerial career, the driver took over Red Bull in 2005 and became a familiar face in the Formula 1 world.
The popular Formula 1 documentary series Drive to Survive has been renewed by Netflix for a fifth and sixth season.
Since the show’s inception in 2019, it has become one of the streaming service’s most popular shows, with season four on the dramatic 2021 season reaching number one in 33 different countries.

Speaking of the show, Christian said: “It brings a younger audience to F1, with many, many more female viewers. But it also brings a side of the sport that is a bit polarising, as you see in football or other sports .’
On the progression of his career, Christian added: ‘I’m still extremely motivated by what I’m doing. I am still relatively young. I am currently the youngest team principal in the sport. And I still have a burning competitiveness in me.
‘So I want to meet that first. I guess you can never say never, but for the foreseeable future I’m very focused on what I’m doing with Red Bull.’
“I’m lucky enough to get paid for what I do because I love it. But it’s like anything you do: you just try to do it the best you can.’
