Gerard Butler was spotted driving through the coastal enclave of Malibu on Saturday, five years after surviving a “catastrophic” accident, on his luxury motorcycle.

The freak crash happened in 2017 and left the 53-year-old action star nearly paralyzed.

Butler sued the women who allegedly crashed him and he recently offered to settle the lawsuit he filed in 2019 for $5.25 million.

The 300 star seemed to be having a good time over the weekend as he rode with a group of fellow bikers and stopped at a gas station for a drink.

Butler sure looked good in a leather biker jacket, beige jeans, brown lace-up boots and black gloves.

The A-list Scottish actor wore a black motorcycle helmet as he mounted his sleek gray ride.

Gerard’s brown locks were tousled and damp with sweat, while his sculpted face wore a wintry scruff.

According to legal documents, the Angel Has Fallen star claims he was thrown from his motorcycle in October 2017 after the other driver “negligently pulled her vehicle off the curb.”

He claims she then “crossed traffic lanes right in front of him” in her Mercedes Benz.

The movement apparently didn’t give Butler time to hit the brakes, so he crashed into the woman’s driver’s side, knocking him off his Triumph motorcycle.

Gerard claims he suffered “catastrophic injuries” from going off the road and losing millions of dollars during “the busiest period” of his career.

“It really made me realize how precious life is,” Butler shared Entertainment tonight after the accident, “because I could have landed any number of ways that could have gotten me out.”

The protagonist, soon to be seen in his latest action movie Plane, described “flying through the air” only to crash to the ground.

“I have five fractures in my right foot alone,” Gerard told ET. “Lots of stupid stuff, torn meniscus, but we’ll be fine.”

In the settlement proposal, which was obtained by The blastButler reportedly offered to drop the lawsuit in exchange for $5.25 million.

“I’m lucky to be here,” the star said during an appearance on The Talk in 2017. “I went 30 feet through the air.”

The defendant reportedly has a few weeks to decide whether to take Butler’s offer, but if she declines, the Machine Gun Preacher star will go to court next month and push for a trial.
