Georgia Love stuns onlookers as she commits ‘awkward’ red carpet faux pas at 2024 Logie Awards
Georgia Love made a splash when she took to the stage at the 2024 Logie Awards in Sydney on Sunday.
Love, 24, attended the event as a member of the press, and walked the red carpet for KIIS FM.
The former reality star had no intention of shedding her striking looks and full-on glamour, reports The Daily Telegrapheven though she was not invited to the ceremony.
The publication claims that Love eagerly took advantage of her invitation to the TV night and spent most of the evening hanging out on the red carpet – albeit on the other side of the golden bollards where mere mortals stand.
A reliable source reported that she even blew kisses to the cameras, much to the hilarity of the bystanders who were in possession of the golden ticket.
“It was pretty awkward for a moment,” they told the publication. “She was desperate to be seen…”
Ny Breaking Australia has reached out to Georgia Love for comment.
Love was a vision in a custom-made gown by Eliya The Label, featuring a cream corset and a beige satin skirt that gathered into a high slit.

The red carpet faux pas came after Georgia was criticized online after sharing a video that appeared to mock a man with facial paralysis.
She shared the now-deleted clip on TikTok, which shows her performing a sketch in which she is sent a drink by a mysterious man at a bar.
Georgia had the biggest smile on her face as she accepted the free glass of champagne in the video, after which the camera panned to the mystery man at the bar who had bought it for her.
Australian comedian Sammy Peterson, who has facial paralysis, was shown laughing at her from across the bar.
Georgia captioned the clip with a telling caption: ‘POV: You get a drink sent to you from a man at the bar… The man at the bar.’
Many followers in Georgia were shocked by the images, which appeared to ridicule people with disabilities, and immediately took to Facebook to complain.
“This is disgusting. She gets it wrong a lot, doesn’t she? There’s a difference between imitating a creep and imitating someone who looks disabled,” someone snapped.
“Oh boy, Georgia is missing the point again. When is she going to learn?” asked a second person.
This isn’t the first time Georgia has gotten into trouble over a video she shared on social media.
In September 2021, she apologized after posting an “offensive” clip on Instagram.
The love sparked a backlash when footage was uploaded of a cat sitting in the window of an Asian restaurant in Melbourne.
She captioned the images: ‘Shop assistant or lunch?!’ [shocked emoji, crying-laughing emoji].
The reality TV personality, who later deleted the video, returned to Instagram with a heartfelt apology.
“It was pretty awkward for a moment,” an onlooker told Confidential. “She really wanted to be seen on the red carpet.”
