Georgia Harrison looked amazing while working out at a two-week fitness and wellness boot camp on Monday.

The 28-year-old Love Island star showed off her abs in a green sports bra and matching leggings while using a rowing machine before donning boxing gloves for a punching exercise.

She enrolled in Bootcamp No 1 in Norfolk following the conviction of her ex-boyfriend Steven Bear for ‘revenge porn’ offenses against her.

Georgia described the camp as “life changing” and lost 6.5 pounds in a week after going through “absolute hell” with the court case.

Late last year, Stephen was found guilty of sharing a video taken in his garden in 2020, which showed him and Georgia having sex.

Sentencing for the former Ex On The Beach star has been delayed to a date in March.

To get over the harrowing experience of the case, Georgia booked a daily regimen of structured exercise, individually tailored macronutrient meals at the resort.

She looked amazing working out on the grounds of the 30-acre site around the luxury No 1 Boot Camp residential guest house.

He joined in daily fitness sessions taken by former military fitness trainers and with the other 20 or so guests of the on-site boot camp.

Shamed reality star Stephen’s sentencing for sharing a Georgia sex tape on OnlyFans was recently delayed a month so a psychiatric report can be produced.

It was discovered that he had captured CCTV footage of the event in his back garden on August 2, 2020 and uploaded it to the internet.

Georgia said she was unaware they were being filmed and told Stephen not to broadcast the footage when he showed it to her, but said he shared it on WhatsApp and the online subscription site.

Stephen had denied all charges, but a jury last month found him guilty by unanimous verdicts on two counts of disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress.

He was found guilty by a majority verdict of 10 jurors to two of voyeurism.

Stephen, who faces up to two years in prison, was due to be sentenced tomorrow but an application to adjourn the hearing to early March was made this morning at a commendation hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court.

Defense attorney Gemma Rose told the court professionals who have tested Stephen so far that they “were unable to formally diagnose” and that it would be “beneficial” if he had a full test, reports Essex Live.

She said: ‘Sentencing should be deferred pending the preparation of this report. I realize that the delay will cause stress and anxiety for everyone involved in the process, but in my opinion, the court has all the evidence available to it.

“The crown cited Mr Bear’s behavior at trial and I think a psychiatric report will provide some context.”

Prosecutor Jacqueline Carey KC said the crown was not opposed to delaying sentencing and that Georgia would attend the hearing and read her own victim impact statement in court.

Judge Christopher Morgan listed the case to be heard on Friday, March 3 in the same court.

It added: “The defendant must be informed of the new sentencing date and if he does not attend without good reason, a warrant may be issued for his arrest.”

During the trial, Stephen would often arrive at court in a white Rolls Royce, dressed in a variety of flashy suits and coats, sporting a gold or silver cane, posing outside smoking a huge cigar.

Following the conviction, Georgia described the past two years as “absolute hell.”

She added: “I hope that taking a stand gives other men and women who have been victims of revenge porn the courage to seek justice and, most importantly, show them that they have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.”

“I have felt ashamed, hurt, violated, even broken at times, but I stand here today feeling empowered, grateful, and a great sense of unity with everyone who has reached out to support me through this ordeal.”
