Gen Z woman, 23, calls on people to normalize 'getting ugly and fat' after a 9-to-5 job
A woman has struck a chord with 9-to-5 workers after ranting that her desk job has made her 'ugly and fat', with no motivation to do anything other than lie down.
Suzi Guidroz, 23, from Louisiana, has more than 530,000 followers on TikTok, where she documents her life after graduating from Florida State University in December 2022.
The content creator, who uses the handle @jacuzsionsuziwent viral after she shared that at the end of the work day all she wants to do is relax and eat junk food.
“Can someone please normalize becoming ugly and fat after a 9 to 5 job?” she asked before turning back. “Okay, maybe, let's not normalize that. That's probably a bad idea.'

Guidroz explained that she is exhausted when she finishes work and does not have enough energy to move her body or prepare healthy meals.
“The last thing I want to do after sitting in the office all day is work out, take care of my body, motherfucker. I want to eat this damn Chick-fil-A sandwich. Is that too much to ask?' she asked, tearing up her takeout order.
She said she had difficulty balancing work and paying her bills while living a healthy lifestyle.
“I've been having the worst bowel movements lately because I'm not taking care of myself,” she admitted. “But I don't want to do anything but put my butt down when I get home from work, okay?”
'I know that exercising makes me feel so much better. “I know if I go to the gym for more than five minutes, I will feel so much better,” she continued.
“But damn, the last thing I want to do after a long day of work is hit a treadmill, go for a nice walk.”
Guidroz explained that she just wanted to lie down and pop tuna salad and pizza into her mouth while she watched Netflix.
“That's all I want to do, and I know I'm not alone,” she concluded. “In college I was walking and doing stuff, and now I sit at a desk all day and b******g.”

The aspiring law student's video has been viewed more than 820,000 times and received nearly 2,000 comments since it was posted on December 28.
Many people recognized her complaints, and some were inspired to share how they gained weight after working nine to five office jobs.
“No, literally, I gained like 20 pounds from (my) desk job,” one person replied.
'Facts! I gained 40 pounds when I left the store for a 9-5,” someone else agreed.
“It's been over a year since I started a desk job and now I'm getting diabetes from not being active,” another added.
Others shared their tips for hitting the gym before or after work, depending on your schedule and preference.
“This is why I'm a gym girl who works at 5am,” one person wrote.
“That's why I wake up at 5am to go to the gym,” another added. “I don't have the patience for that after work.”
'I had to physically put on my gym clothes at work and do pre-workout while driving to the gym. The only way I can do it,” someone else explained.
